You're the one who's really missing the point. I'm speaking from experience and I've been through too many RS's to know that it rarely has a positive effect on the stock, even when it's followed by an uplist.

A 1.30 stock runs faster because it is more likely to be manipulated. A 13.00 stock runs faster because of value and demand exceeding supply.



Actually, quite the opposite frequently occurs. The higher the price, the more prone it will be to manipulation and shorting, which can push the pps back to the pre-RS price. Look at ONCS if you want to see a shining example. A lot of the folks on here sold ONCS after the RS and bought AVXL, including myself. I think we can all speak from experience. And, no, I'm not comparing apples to oranges.

This is really a moot point - the CEO's not going to issue a RS. There's no need for one - we'll uplist soon enough.
