Yet nobody won or lost, there were no damages awarded and worse yet there wasn't a ruling because it was settled out of court. The only thing Saleen gained was removal of posts... whooooopty freaking dooo... still doesn't change the fact that this is a pump and dump scheme and that it is currently dumping hundreds of millions of shares into the market through unregistered exemptions to necessitate a raise in AS to 2.5 billion shares.
