Lol. Not a win?

So here let's see, if you play blackjack and you push your hand with the dealers hand is that a win or a loss?

Basically thats a way to look at this. Saleen requested what they had in the filings and got it. They also didn't list any damage amount in the filing. Why? Well first they knew it wouldn't go that far and two they weren't looking to get money from a 23 year old kid. They wanted him to stop doing what was illegal and to remove what he had already done.

That is what he is going to do and should do. For him to put up a fight on things he DOESN'T have proof for is just crazy.

I feel this ended right and Saleen got what they wanted!
