Um, let's see here:

Saleen files for a permanent injunction and what do they get, what they asked for!

Did they also ask for the removal of everything he said defamatory in the court filing? Yes they did. Did they get what they asked for? Yes they did!

So yes, it is a WIN for Saleen and a lose for Fred. The only "win" for Fred is not having to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fight something he would lose anyways.

Point is there were several saying that Saleen would lose and be counter sued from Fred. So much for that great idea. Lol
