dfmantx could you please point out to me where someone does not need an internet connection. I can't find it. If you go to the website and click on equipment and setup, you will see every plan needs a internet setup. Click on the view more information on the Linksys PAP2. In other words, if I set up my US internet connection with a Brazil number. The party in Brazil does not have to have an internet connection to call me. (https://secure.vozbrasil.com/vozbrasil/equipment.do)
If someone in Brazil has an internet connection and sets it up with a my US number I do not have to have an internet connection to call them.
If you check out all the links such as "learn more" and equipment needed you will find this. IMO
