I am not a IACH shareholder.I know STEVE Adelstein is a crook ,he screwed the shareholders here and tried to screw the shareholders in another company while he was stealing for IACH.

HERE is a link to court records where STEVE has delayed in court for 2 years...he attempted to steal the assets of another company and it's shell so he could leave more shareholders holding the bag...
