I have decided to list this because steve and his cabal have repeated provided false information about the truth concerning IFUS AND THE DELAYS .

THESE PUBLIC RECORDS SHOW THE FORMER BOARD MEMBERS THAT STOLE CORPORATE ASSETS AND TECHNOLOGY CANCELLED THE LATEST DEPOSITIONS AND WHY THEY CANCELLED.

2.Plaintiff recently retained the undersigned as their counsel, as irreconcilable differences occurred with prior counsel. A Stipulation for substitution of counsel and order have been filed with the court.

3. The undersigned attorney has attempted to obtain Plaintiff's files from prior counsel, including prior discovery between Plaintiff and Defendant. Because of a dispute over attorney's fees,prior counsel has refused to provide the discovery documents to the undersigned.
