Anyone that wants to know what a lying cheat and thief the CEO of IACH is, Steve Adelstein, should just look at the con game Steve is paying for to try and kill Ifus (Steve was also a director of Ifus-SE, until he got caught red handed stealing IFUS assets and trying to ruin the company from the inside by stagging a loan default he made while being a director so he could seize control if Ifus!!!!!!) so he could take it over and kill it and scam Ifus shareholders the way he did with IACH. IACH shareholders should be setting up and filing a class action law suit against Steve for what he did here and should be asking the SEC, FBI, Justice Department, the DEA and IRS to investigate Steve's business practices!!!!
My suggestion would be that we hire the criminal law firm that Steve was using to sue Ifus, but he fired them and withheld their last payments, so they too are pissed off at Steve and know how to nail him in court now :-)
