bulldzr: The Senate Patent Act that you refer to was sponsored by a bipartisan group of Senators. It is a little more patent holder friendly than the House bill.


Late last week, the Protecting American Talent and Entrepreneurship Act of 2015 (the “PATENT Act”) was introduced by a bipartisan coalition of Senate Judiciary Committee members, including Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA), Ranking Member Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX), and Sens. Charles Schumer (D-NY), Mike Lee (R-UT), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN).
