True, the Patent Act of 2015 is bipartisan, as opposed to the Strong Act which was introduced and sponsored by Democrats primarily, and is the version supported by the assn. that IDCC is part of. Since several Republican committee chairs are sponsoring the Patent Act, granted along with some powerful Democrats, I just assume it has a better chance of passing.
