Andrews has decided to try this defense after the NOK infringement/validity trial. This would be time and money savings because should IDCC lose infringement, then there is no need to try defensive issues.

Ghors, just curious how IDCC saves money by losing on infringement.....I would think IDCC would MAKE much more money by winning infringement.
