Article 319095) so I spent several hours trying it, but it didn't work. Tells me "no destination specified." The directions they give have no destination? Great...give me directions to nowhere! How do I know where it's supposed to go?

Exactly what are you trying to do when you get the "no destination specified." message? Have you successfully extracted the file from your cd? Do you not know where to put it? It's all in the details. The more we know, the better our chances of helping.
