Dude, it includes the basic audit. Mergernetwork.com peruse the ads, figure it out, quit making drama. Maybe some shyster attorney like Marshal Schictman might charge a company like ACDU an arm and a leg, but its primarily boilerplate forms-- it doesn't cost a million dollars. An IPO is a whole different story, which usually involves raising $20mm plus.
