Bubba, there's no way that a clean, new registration costs less than than a typical bespoiled shell. An IPO is a new registration which is no different than what ACDU would be seeking with a new Form 10. Why not enlighten us with the name of the attorney and accounting firm that would do a new registration for an existing company for less than $100 grand? ..as if ACDU actually has even that much money.

You know that this discussion is a waste of time... ACDU will be completely evaporated in a few months.
