broadly speaking the difference between the old regime and the new regime appears to be that when the old regime couldn't sell something they determined there was something wrong with the customer, so they would seek to educate and the new regime appears to look at lack of sales as something wrong with Wave or its product and seek to change Wave or its product it is a fundamentally different world view. We'll see how it plays out as the underlying technology is fundamentally the same. It is change the customer versus change Wave.
