Looks like a typical VSX carrot-on-a-stick scam. Price keeps dropping as investors give up; another rollback is imminent.

My SAKL Pitch: Smorgasboard company (retail, event production, etc.) 6mths ago advertised heavily to investors & 20m shares diluted on the run-up. Revenues up, but consistently have an operating loss & dilute via toxic debt to cover it. Wouldn't trust them to turn things around after so many years of failure.

My USMJ Pitch: Perpetually advertises an eternally unfulfilled stock dividend + assorted technical analyses to keep people buying shares. Reality: USMJ pumped out a billion shares a month in dilution for the past 6 months. If it ever had a real business, it's long dead. 10b O/S means = trip-0s price forever.

The stories pushed by the company are so unbelievable they must be counting on naive investors to think they couldn't be faked. Flee this.

The stock price has been steady since since the purchase of a landscaping business so the market approves. Need the 10-k to really judge.
