There might be some value in this company, since it apparently has (diminishing) sales. But how much value? Difficult to determine.

This company had so much "bad luck" i wonder if management really was that incompetent or if it was a particularly elaborate insider enrichment scheme.

I guess it's strictly true that there were no "hidden" problems with this company. It just takes reading the actual documents showing smaller sales, bigger losses, and inscrutible loans to know this company was doomed.

Simply watching cheerleader videos is nowhere near good enough to really judge a company's prospects. If Zacks & Hodge were really so awesome they would be relaxing on a beach with millions, not hustling to get people like you to buy their newsletters.

Yea they lost a lawsuit.
But the market cap went from like 20mill the prior day to a shade over 10mill.
I'm gonna roll the dice and buy some, I think it is recoverable.
The judgement was for like 1.8 mill.
I've made money off this stock a couple times in the past when it has dipped and bounced.

xZx: I just finished scanning the ABKI 10K and see nowhere is Surety Financial mentioned. Their stock transfer agent is another name, and Surety is not listed in any of Abakan's consultants. Please provide me with a source of your information that Surety Financial has a relationship with Abakan. I would like to invest a substantial amount in this company and will shy away without considerable DD on Surety Financial if the company Surety Financial is as bad as you say and are connected with ABKI. Please post the info you have connecting ABKI to Surety Financial. Thanks a bunch.

Nick Hodge did a great job of promoting ABKI this morning with his video. When Nick promotes, you can have comfoirt that the company is what it says and there's no hidden problems. Zacks upgraded their call at $2.00 to be $2.50. So all the nay-sayers here need to back off and go somwhere that will make you happy. ABKI is going to be a winner - Zacks and Hodge don't mess around with the kind of stuff you've been putting out. That's MHO.

And there will never be.
Why?
They know how this game works.

I agree, but disagree if that makes sense.
Is Surety composed of slime balls? Resounding yes. However, most of the crew here are names I recognize from the WGAS debacle.
Here's my point: good companies are good companies and bad companies are bad companies.
Regardless of financial stock pumper representation.
They are hired to get people to buy shares. Period. If that requires bending and secretly breaking some rules so be it. They are in no way involved in the operations of the company.
In the case of WGAS I'm entirely convinced their was fraud and embezzlement of funds from the CEO through the use of an offshore account.
This is not the case here. Nowhere near it.
It raised some flags for me too, but the company itself is entirely different, and legitimate.
I have friends that have gone on tours of ABKIs operations (in Cleveland area) and were extremely impressed.
Ask for a tour of WGAS "operations".... LOL.
