I agree, that R/S figure pretty much wiped me out. Had it been lower, I would've stuck around. But when you're down to single digits, I just didn't see the point in doing so. My broker is Scottrade and they take 3 days providing everything works as planned....which is hit and miss in pinkyland. That as well, contributed to my decision. I still hope this works out for yall. I still think there could be something brewing since I was able to sell. I was really shocked because in my limited experience, once that R/S becomes public knowledge, you're stuck. I also think Bigrub hit the nail on the head....this was also another way to trim the amount of the Trimark divy....if there really is one. GL2U and all

I got out Friday....amazing because I never thought I'd make it out. The R/S would have reduced me to a single digit number and I just didnt' see the sense in trying to hang on for that. I wish you all the best and I plan to keep up around here to see how it all works out. GLA

So what I'm wondering is.....how does this affect the divy count? Do we get counted for shares BEFORE or after the split? I just have a minimum amount compared to the majority on this board. This split will reduce me to a single digit. And don't forget, most of the brokers won't let us trade this for 3 days after the split, which by then the price (most likely) will have decreased substantially.

I read the board this morning and nothing popped up from my virus software while I was reading. Then I set my software to my daily scan. When I came back I had to Trojan horses detected.....Trojan Horse Dropper in my system volume....but I don't know enough to tell exactly where it came from. I'm sure this is no help but it's all I've got.

IMO, this PR means diddly squat. It proves their hands were forced. They had to put out some sort of statement if they ever hope to generate interest in their stock. I'm with Kat, Why did it take so long? I'm guessing because they are scrambling over there. Nothing mentioned about the R/S in this PR, etc. etc. There's still alot missing and unknown by the common shareholder. This still stinks to high heaven. I'm a stuckholder, but not by much. I didn't drop near as much in this as others have, but I feel the pain all the same. We were not only lied to, we were played like a cheap fiddle. And it seems the song is still playing. I know this is pinkyland but there has to be some sort of SEC guidelines to prevent fraud to this extent. This crew did it up right. I feel confident in my belief that what goes around, comes around. Think Cyberkey. Going back to lurker status, but I'll be reading.
