It's about time KT got with the program!
Of course I will...at the same time you do. You know nothing more than anyone else here.
Okay, you're just speculating.
Do you know that or is that just your opinion?
I bought my shares of BIEL knowing the company has never been sitting on a ton of cash with hundreds of staff to pursue all the work that needs to be done to develop the product and create a market in an industry dominated by a handful of large corporations. And while the current value of those shares has diminished, if I were unhappy with my decision I would have sold my shares and moved on. BIEL is one of three OTC stocks I have in my portfolio. They will be there for as long as it takes for the company's value to be realized. GLTA
When do fins drop?
Thanks for keeping us current. There are certainly more people watching here than there are people posting here.
That's good. But I believe there is much more opportunity yet to be tapped in the sports industry. In time.
Active people frequently getting foot injuries. Would love to see a major footwear company consider a line of socks with pockets/snaps for Actipatch pain relief.
I'm with you on that! Market acceptance of new technology can move slowly as we've seen. But results drive acceptance and eventually there is that tipping point where the technology becomes mainstream. I think BIEL is getting there.
Thank you! Very much appreciated. I believe we're nearing the tipping point.
Remind us again please, when is the next quarterly reporting?
It is clear that products targeting "active" lifestyles are embracing Actipatch. No wonder. It would be ridiculous to stick a one-time cold/hot pack in your product or attach creams or pills to improve it's use. Actipatch is the advantage.
Are we near the tipping point?
Broker adjustments. That happened a lot with BIEL prior to their initial run up.
Appreciate the response. Thank you!
Agreed. They 'accidentally' reveal one number but throughout the rest of the document they consistently redacted numbers? Not likely.
Anything here?
Is BIEL nearing the tipping point?
So the answer is to sit back and get ripped off without so much as a protest? Fat chance. The outcome is never guaranteed. The fight is. Cheers!
LoL! I think you're right on that one. Z probably has better notes than everyone combined, including the lawyers!
Can we at least give Rader the opportunity to respond?
Well, it's ridiculous that the lawyers that caused the leak are now blaming Rader for a broader release that they can't even prove. It certainly hasn't been seen here or in the "cabal" as you like to call it. My guess is Rader likely shared the numbers with his clients in confidence as likely all lawyers would have done. That's the price of negligence by the other side.
Not at all. The first objective is to stop Carter from taking all the cash. Period. Once that is accomplished the courts will decide the rightful distribution. You can stay satisfied to sit back and hope for the best. I'm not in that camp.
You're looking through the wrong lens. Carter is the enemy. Everything else is just noise. There are those here who are fine to let him go with nothing more than an objection. Suit yourself. But I take exception to your classifying those who are taking action as anything more than doing just that.
zomby, why are you creating this narrative of privileged and underpriviliged. I'm by no means privileged. I have a very small position. No, this isn't about privilege. This is about the will to fight when wronged, nothing more.....nothing less.
Indeed Tony! Shareholders with positions large and small joined together to finish this fight.
Yes. You don't let the enemy bring it to you. You take it to the enemy.
There are a lot of veterans on this board. You all know not to give up without a fight. What some have called the 'clubhouse' is not that at all. It's the last stand. Join the fight. Let's give Carter the hell he deserves.
That was on the BIEL Facebook group page. The quarterly numbers by themselves are disappointing. This is why a PR is needed when releasing financials. The story is not solely numbers, it is overall progress...the big picture. What is KT up to? DJ? New partners? What are their plans for expanding their marketing of the product. With the OEM model it is important that our partners share information that can be factored into the company progress reports to shareholders. Hopeful we get that kind of communication.
This is not a big board stock yet folks. Keep that in mind. Relative to its real peers, BIEL is an exceptional standout. Likely most here have been involved in other stocks with less potential and more hype. GLTA.
I think that was a bit of satire.
Small profit, sure. But not many OTC stocks can make that claim. And few have the year over year continued growth leading to that profitability. I like the direction. GLTA.
Yes, agreed. However, the supply chain remains a wreck with record numbers of container ships waiting off the California ports. This administration needs to get this correct or we'll see continued impact.
Last time they did a nice PR days after the numbers were released. Hopefully they will put together the PR with the numbers so they come out together.
Many giants attached to this one. They all need a Tesla competitor. They'll stand it up until it can walk on its own. GLTA.
Well he better be quick in getting us money and stop with the bull$hit.
Has KT bought BIEL yet? Just kidding of course. Let me be clear, there is absolutely no hint of such an action. Not at all trying to start anything here so let me put that to rest.
But down the road at some point I would not be surprised if KT might just consider locking in their supplier to gain control of their product future.
For now, I'm much more interested in seeing current quarter results. Not expecting profitability yet with the supply chain in such disarray. But I do look forward to another PR describing current status with expected increasing revenue for the quarter.
GLTA
But they're not securities lawyers, right? Aren't they more patent focused?
If you bought it 10 years ago then you bought stock in a different company. This is not your daddy's BIEL no more. Wish you well and hopefully you made a profit. Cheers!
