Hey, Howard:
Still stand by this post of yours from a year ago this month?
Try getting a mortgage. look around you and take notice we are in a world wide recession. What makes you think this company is immune from it effects. This company is not dead yet and management is not guilty of any crimes. If they were they would be in jail and until that happens they are innocent. I will no longer post on this board. People are not open minded and refuse to take blame for their own actions. Its always someone else's fault. I have been in the financial markets and know what they are going through. Look who has the most stock in the company and you will see who has the most to lose. Anyhow good luck to all, I hope you find what you are looking for.
Righty, this will be my last response to you.
Have you filed a complaint? Are you going to file a complaint? If not, I owe you nothing.
And who do you thank for convincing you pay up for that cert?
I give a rip. It was my complaint - apparently no one else here gives a damn about being screwed or is just too damn lazy to spend ten minutes filling out a form.
Hey, I have no illusions about ever getting a cent back, but at least I'm willing to try to put a monkey wrench in their plans. Can you say the same?
Since I suspect this board is monitored by you-know-who and you-know-who-two, I'm reluctant to spell out the items that were included in the complaint.
If you've filed a complaint with the SEC, how about letting the board know that you have? If not, please file one as I don't know if my complaint alone is enough to prompt the SEC to take action. In any conversations with them, they will not discuss what actions they will or will not take.
Filing complaints with the SEC, the USDOJ, the Attorney General of the State of New York and the Attorney General of the State of Delaware were from the court of last resort. As you all well know, the company has treated shareholders with total contempt by not responding to the phone calls and emails that many have repeatedly sent asking for information and clarification. This alone tells us the kind of "fine gentlemen" with whom we are dealing.
If you do nothing, you'll probably get nothing.
Once the 10,000:1 reverse split was discovered to have been effected, I believe all long-term shareholders knew that they had been screwed.
Given the company's past history with the SEC, it will be interesting to see what the SEC does with my complaint and others which hopefully have been or will be filed. Again, I can't overstate the importance of having multiple complaints filed.
Can't say any more at this time. However, I urge y'all to go to the sec.gov site and file a complaint. It only took me ten minutes to complete it.
I have been contacted by the SEC subsequent to having filed a complaint.
SOP for after hours when most MMs pull there bids/asks.
Except, apparently, for you.
REAZ, if I am not mistaken, you have my email address. If you get a chance, contact me.
The HH who is "impressed" by Burton is the same HH who posted the following a year ago this month:

Need I say more?
Why should he? He made his money and has ridden off into the sunset. It's been my experience that those who make money on a run have no need to return to brag about it, while those who didn't are the ones who claim that they did.
Hey, Badge, almost!
Hey, Badge, we're right on target.
Sleaze is as sleaze does.
Putting the profit he made in the bank.
Yah, LOL, real nice. Maybe he'll do the same for PCSO's pps that he's done for RELM.
I could probably fill a 300 page book with lies coming out of the company. Here is one of many.
When Dennis Mast was forced to step down as CEO of HydroFlo by the SEC, Neil Hill took over. One of the first things he did was to fire HG who was then running the Marti Water division of HydroFlo.
Hill quit shortly thereafter when he found the company books had been cooked and the company was broke. Mast then installed Moore as CEO. When Moore took over, the O/S was @72M. He immediately began selling shares. (Ultimately, he ran the O/S to about 1.2B and the share price to 0.0001 before he tried the 50,000:1 R/S).
When the O/S jumped from 265M to 315M, I called HG. He told me point blank that was a mistake and he was going to roll it back to 265M. A week later, it was 340M.
It was then that I no longer had any remaining doubt about his character and began playing the stock as a scam. I checked the O/S daily with the then T/A, Corporate Stock Transfer in Denver. When the O/S jumped up as it often did and the share price dropped as a result, I bought waiting for the inevitable pump PR. As soon as it did and the pps bounced, I'd sell. This worked very well until the pps went to 0.0001 and no bid.
To those who have bought into what HG is now peddling, try contacting any one of the fourteen or so former employees of HydroFlo/Solarbrook or check the number of lawsuits that have been filed against the company.
But, hey, I'll be the first to admit that money can be made from almost any scam as long as you play it as a scam.
In pinkie land, anytime the head of the "company" says he plans "to increase the value to shareholders," run for the hills.
How? Fleecing duped loan applicants and gullible buyers of their worthless stock.
Great post!
I broke into hysterical laughter when you asked why I haven't spoken to him.
While I no longer waste my time speaking to him, I did many times in the past. I have a laundry list of fabrications, false promises and flat-out lies that he told me and many others as well. Hey, believe what you want to believe. I really don't give a rat's azz. If you think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, so be it.
If you can make money playing SLRW (aka HYRF), more power to you.
Although I don't have absolute confirmation of this, I have been told by a former employee that when HG realized that he couldn't sell his POS stock to new suckers after the 50,000:1 R/S and his cash cow (selling stock) had evaporated, he lost his house. Now I can't begin to tell you how saddened I was by this news.
I was also told by the former employee that after HG cut all staff (except for himself, of course), he did not pay the back salaries that were owed to these staffers. If true, now why am I not surprised?
As far as anyone who wants to buy this stock, if they play it as a pump-and-dump scam, there might be money to be made. If they buy as a long term investment thinking that HG might actually be building a company, they deserve what they get.
Better that they find Satan.
Unless they reverse the reverse split, anything they do will be meaningless to the many bagholders of PCSO. Certainly you must understand this.
LOL, it's "congratulations," not "congradulations."
Scam-O-Rama
But . . . but . . . but . . .
"Hemi's just fine."
Manti, you very well may be right on all counts. If fact, I have discussed the possibility via phone with another shareholder who frequents this board. It's too bad I no longer have access to his posts you-know-where. I'm sure they would do nothing but help to confirm your suspicions.
Craig, thanks for the SEK update.
Who's the rodeo clown bidding 0.20 for NAGP?
You clearly stated and used the phrase "Hemi's just fine" in posts on the other board. However, in sending me a PM here on IHub challenging me to show you were you had made that statement, you show your true colors as you very well know that you banned me from that board.
In fact, while I still had access to that board, you issued the same challenge and I sent you via PM's the exact references. You never responded.
However, I have saved your PM's, including the "baffoon" PM. That one PM showed me and others all that we need to know about you.
Ker-plunk
I'll second that. From what I have come to know, no one on this board has put more time into DD of Hemi than has Badge and no one has been more accurate in predicting the path of destruction that KAA has apparently being traveling.
Some of us know that answer to that from your oft stated "Hemi's just fine."
No dispute there. It all hinges on whether or not KAA has anything to deliver. If nothing else, it will be interesting to watch the story line play out.
REAZ, look at it this way. HMGP has gone up by a factor of 24x from its December low of 0.0005. To get to a 0.10 from its current 0.012, it "only" has to go up 8.33x.
While not convinced by any means, more and more I've come to believe this move is by someone (individual or group) that has been methodically accumulating shares in the belief (let's hope it's real and not imagined) that they know something positive is on the way from Hemi. If the buyer is correct, we just may see that dime. If not, watch out down below.
Whatever. If believing this is a dead-cat bounce and that HMGP and its shareholders are doomed makes you happy, so be it.
