What gives with this stock. Do we just go to zero like other pennies?
AIDO NEWS!! Projected 2009 revenues of $24 million
Advanced ID Corporation (OTCBB: AIDO), a leading developer of radio frequency identification ("RFID") technology for livestock tracking, pet recovery and supply chain applications focusing on the tire management industry, is providing an update on its business prospects and growth initiatives. The following statements are attributable to Dan Finch, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer:
"Significant changes have taken place in our business, the capital markets and the global economy since my last communication. Many of these changes represent the most compelling opportunities available to Advanced ID in its history, while we have also seen the emergence of new challenges. We have been successfully executing a strategy for international growth with major breakthroughs for the adoption of the world's most sophisticated tire identification, tracking and maintenance platform from Advanced ID.
Revenue and Profit Growth Through DDCT Acquisition
"Most important among our achievements is the recently announced acquisition of China-based RFID manufacturer, Shenzhen DDCT Technology Co., LTD (DDCT). The transaction is structured as an asset purchase agreement whereby Advanced ID will own the businesses and technologies of DDCT, providing us with a strong foothold in China and significant intellectual properties and manufacturing capabilities. DDCT will benefit from our global infrastructure, access to capital and management depth.
"In exchange for stock in Advanced ID and our agreement to fund their working capital requirements until they turn profitable (that is, no cash is being given to selling shareholders), we have gained a fast growing business projected to be much larger than Advanced ID on its own, a manufacturing platform that we never had before which will result in improved profits for both businesses, and complementary RFID products.
"Our collective businesses provide international distribution with a concentration in some of the fastest growth markets in the world, a comprehensive platform of some of industry's most advanced RFID technologies, low cost manufacturing, and projected 2009 revenues of $24 million (as compared to a current revenue run rate of approximately $1.5 million for Advanced ID alone).
RFID Technology Investments and Distribution Partnerships in Europe
"The adoption of RFID technology affords a multitude of benefits. Advanced ID has taken a niche, focused vertical market approach by targeting the livestock/pet and tire industries. Our UK-based Pneu-Logic division has integrated its tire diagnostics products with our RFID products to secure an important foothold in the European market, including an agreement with a leading UK-based aircraft tire manufacturer for integrated products with FastCheck software for use in the tire manufacturer's business practices. The contract has an initial value in excess of US$750,000.
"Another Pneu-Logic marketing partner, France's EDP, has experienced impressive demand for its Tyre Parc Fleet Management software which is powered by Advanced ID technology. EDP's rapidly growing customer base has resulted in the doubling of its 2008 forecast for our products and anticipates 50% growth next year.
Market Challenges and Shareholder Opportunity
"For the better part of the trailing 12-month period, the stock market has suffered from a myriad of challenges. Indicative of these harsh times, we need not remind you that some of the most highly regarded investment banks on Wall Street, such as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns, cease to exist as we once knew them. Although the U.S. government has prepared a $700 billion rescue package for the country's financial system, Wall Street ended its worst week in seven years, according to Reuters, while fears mount that the bail out plan may not unblock credit markets and stave off a U.S. recession. Many of the safest of equity investments have seen their share prices dwindle by some 50% or more this year.
"The share price for Advanced ID is not immune to these challenges. Our stock presently trades near an all time low, which has slowed the process to raise the capital needed to execute our growth strategy. Through small rounds of successive private placements, we continue to meet our objective of minimizing dilution while raising only the necessary amount of funding.
"In light of the exigent circumstances, we are confident that we are taking the necessary steps to position the Company for a breakout in late 2008 and throughout 2009. We are now beginning to see the fruits of our labor. Advanced ID's RFID products have been further enhanced and are experiencing increased interest and demand. Our marketing approach for global diversification also seems to be gaining traction, as we are making great strides in penetrating some of the highest growth GDP nations in the world. As investment capital returns to the stock market and as our financial performance improves in the coming quarters, we anticipate that our loyal shareholders -- and new investors who are able to capitalize on the historically low price at which our shares presently trade -- will be rewarded.
"We appreciate the loyalty and patience of our shareholders in these times of challenges and opportunities, and look forward with great encouragement to reaping the rewards of our efforts in the very near future."

Advanced ID Corporation Projects 80% Revenue Increase Through New Strategic Agreement With PetLynx
Monday June 19, 8:00 am ET
Advanced ID Corporation Expects 80% Increase in Canadian Companion/Pet Business Revenues From Its New National Agreement With PetLynx Corporation
CALGARY, AB--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 19, 2006 -- Advanced ID Corporation (OTC BB:AIDO.OB - News) and PetLynx signed a strategic agreement to establish Canada's 1st automated national recovery system. Under the terms of the agreement Advanced ID Corporation, through its Advanced Pet ID business unit (formerly AVID CANADA), will provide its DataTRAC(TM) International Standards Organization (ISO) approved pet identification microchip. The DataTRAC(TM) pet identification microchip has also received compliance approval by the National Companion Animal Coalition (NCAC). The coalition includes: The Canadian Federation of Humane Societies, Canadian Kennel Club, Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, and the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Counsel of Canada.
The DataTRAC(TM) product is the first high integrity device to all Canadian communities in support of licensing, medical insurance, pedigrees and other services requiring permanent identification. There are 7 million animals requiring the DataTRAC(TM) type of pet identification microchip in Canada. The combined registry of existing pets will begin with just under 1 million entries making it the largest registry in Canada and one the largest registries in the world.
Under the terms of the agreement Canadian municipalities will have preferential access to Advanced PET ID products and services. Advanced PET ID and PetLynx intend to focus initial marketing efforts toward 16 initial Canadian municipalities with a pet population of 600,000 animals and proven requirements for high integrity microchips and lifetime recovery services.
Dan Finch, President of Advanced ID Corporation, "We believe this association will easily double our revenue in our companion animal business effective immediately. As a brand associate with PetLynx we will substantially increase our marketing ability for the DataTRAC(TM) microchips and readers. In May alone, the PetLynx recovery system handled more than 12,000 service requests online. It is obvious that we are moving in the right direction for Advanced PET ID as well as all pets in Canada."
Larry Evans, President of PetLynx, "We are extremely pleased that Advanced PET ID is working with us to establish PetLynx as the National Automated Recovery System in Canada. By adding Advanced PET ID to our group of brand associates, Canadian pet owners will have access to high integrity microchips meeting both Canadian and International standards. The brand associates involved in Canada's national automated recovery system already provide the Canadian pet industry with access to global leaders in medical benefits, nutrition, logistics and technology. Now we have added a brand that can lower the pet owner cost for municipal licensing and increase the efficiency and accuracy of service offerings. Together we will further increase the recovery rates for family pets that become lost. This is the best/only automated recovery solution, the lowest cost protection and a win for the entire Canadian community and industry."
About PetLynx: PetLynx Corporation is an emerging information Utility serving the pet industry in Canada. In 2005, after four years of development, PetLynx began to automate the animal recovery systems of municipalities across Canada with support from the largest players in the Canadian industry. PetLynx services are delivered across the Internet to all entities in a community from pet owners to shelters, pounds, breeders, retailers, and veterinarians. The PetLynx AutoMatch(TM) system is the only completely automated recovery system in the world. PetLynx, the SuperNET for pets and people, brings lifetime protection to pets and peace of mind to the people who care for them. For further information -- www.petlynx.net.

Advanced ID Microchips as Part of Marine Tracking Program
Wednesday May 17, 8:00 am ET
CALGARY, AB--(MARKET WIRE)--May 17, 2006 -- Advanced ID Corporation (OTC BB:AIDO.OB - News) today announced it completed a fourth delivery of low-frequency microchips and readers to Technical Materials & Resources Import-Export Co. REXCO HANOI Branch, a government agency in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Vietnamese agency chose Advanced ID's DataTRAC(TM) system for the tracking and identification of fish as part of a government marine tracking program, whose primary purpose focuses on identifying fish and other marine migration patterns. Fish products are among the most consumed and exported commodity of Vietnam, therefore the government places an extremely high priority on the sustainability of its fish industry.
Another Advanced ID product, the UHF high frequency livestock tags will soon be needed in Vietnam. Last Friday, Vietnamese new agency Thanh Nien News reported a recent outbreak of hoof and mouth disease -- a highly infectious viral disease -- has appeared in 17 provinces affecting more than 10,000 cattle and 12,000 pigs. The Vietnamese government is ordering provincial authorities to destroy all sick animals, quarantine infected farms, inspect slaughterhouses, and vaccinate healthy animals.
"Because DataTRAC is presently the only proven, complete solutions provider of UHF technology that tracks fisheries and livestock from birth to slaughter, we believe once our system is implemented outbreaks of hoof and mouth disease can be halted easily," said Dan Finch, Advanced ID Chief Executive Officer. "By using UHF ear tags and an integrated reader system to follow and monitor fish and livestock throughout their existence, the DataTRAC system combats the spread of not only hoof and mouth disease, but also such scourges as mad cow disease and avian flu. As we have an excellent relationship with the Vietnam government, we are presenting a complete identification solution for the government to control these diseases."
Outbreaks of Hoof and Mouth disease, also known as Foot and Mouth disease, can cause a tremendous negative economic impact. In 2001, an outbreak in the United Kingdom cost the country an estimated $5.6 billion (U.S. dollars) in losses to agriculture and the food chain. In 1997, an outbreak in Taiwan led to the slaughter of more than 2 million pigs, threatening the jobs of 100,000 hog workers and 600,000 jobs in related industries. The outbreak, which could not be contained due to the illegal transportation of animals to avoid culling, eventually led to the slaughter of 14 million pigs -- the entire swine population in Taiwan.
"The spread of disease in Taiwan could have been significantly lessened or even halted had there been a working trace-back system," said Finch. "Our DataTRAC system can assist with pinpointing animal movements that may have been exposed to disease, and that's why we're now working with not only Vietnam, but also the governments of Taiwan and Thailand to help establish a reliable trace-back system."
About Advanced ID Corporation: Advanced ID (OTC BB:AIDO.OB - News) is a complete solutions provider in the radio frequency identification (RFID) market, and presently the only proven, complete solutions provider of UHF technology, and therefore uniquely positioned to provide an immediate answer to the global concern of livestock traceability.
