I've been away, oil? WTF? I signed up for the email list can you resend me the message.
-bb
I hear ya.. informational vs an official shareholder CC.
Here's the response I got this morning.
--------------------------------------
We have not confirmed a conference call as of yet, if we decide to do so, we will keep all shareholders posted if possible. Transcripts and any other details resulting if a conference call takes place will be discussed at that point in time.
Thank You
Management
Mule -
I wish they would come out and say they are having one.
Good luck tomorrow and can't wait for the feedback you guys get and thanks for taking the time to do this.
I just don't get this company, it keeps it's info more guarded than Fort Knox it seems. Very frustrating, but I'm in for the long haul to see what the heck happens.
-bb
Question or 2:
I haven't posted in awhile but skim through the posts daily, how was it decided that Kermits, Red and Mule were the 'Chosen' ones to be on the CC when there are many more people that are interested and have the time as well?
Secondly, is this using PalTalk or Yahoo Messenger, or are you dialing into a cc call number that's been setup?
Will the CC be recorded and uploaded or if done via messenger or something will the chat transcript be posted for all of us to see?
Can't wait to see/ hear what the result of that call is, hopefully it will be positive and makes us all bloody flippin' rich.
-bb
Man, I started reading the posts and felt my heart pumping thinking I missed out on something, damn technological glitches... shiat. Hopefully just a preview of what is to come!
But, still, stop diluting you bastards and hire a damn geologist and announce you have gold for the market!
who cares about volume or gold price, volume is being created by dilution and keeping the price down. They don't have any gold that they will admit, so no gold, who cares what the price is.
can't call me a basher, I own 225K shares, I'm just a realist.
here's a reverse lookup on that phone number from whitepages.com, a cell phone in Syracuse Indiana?
(574) 521-8331
Type: Cell Phone
Provider: Centennial Michiana License Company Llc
Location: Syracuse, IN

this is the only email address I have got to work, where I got my lone response.
info@mgmmining.com

Yeah, you really know me, I don't have a life, I'm a basher, umm ok, please verify those facts before you post, at least my head isn't in cloud nine holding on to hopes that this stock will take me to the promised land.
It's moving alright, south.
Bash? Why, because I speak of a situation that could be reality? Why do you think the company continues to dilute? Why do they want to continue to dilute and lower the share price? What positive comes from diluting the share structure? Do you really think they have love for the shareholders and want us to buy millions of shares so we all become rich?
I'm a shareholder, I'll hold on as long as this puppy is still trading, but you have to stop and think for a moment, WTF.
It is very plausible that they are printing shares, knowing we will buy them on the cheap, keep diluting, we keep buying and they keep lining their pockets until one day they decide that they can't make a go of it.
Go ahead and hang me and call me a basher for speaking about the possible reality of the situation. Lump me in with C-Patrick, I don't give a shit, this stock will run its course.
Everyone should do their own dirt diggin on any company before they invest.
GLTA
going up, hmm, that's not what's happening now is it?
it's gone from .0012 in Dec to .0003, is up down where you're at 'billiondollarman'? Is it like the toilet water swirlin the opposite way when you flush?
the company IS diluting, printing shares to make money and then fold the company while smokin cigars, drinkin' mojitos and doing rails with $1000 bills. Hell, they're probably at Carnival in Brazil.
please send me his email address, so I can email him my own set of questions.
thx
The logic of what is happening...
They are diluting down to the very end to get more people to buy and then pull the plug on this thing... we should all stop purchasing until this damn thing moves north towards the promised land...

the message you sent me, when was that release? was that from the last PR they did 2 weeks ago?
bb
thinking about it, it was my test message to vent. they need to stop being so "secret" the true riches for them and everybody involved will be when the pps goes up..
Dear Management
What the hell is going on here? Why are you continuing to dilute the OS shares to 1.3BLN from 1.1BLN and cap of 'unlimited' for the float? I and other investors are seriously contemplating emailing the SEC and have this company investigated as a pump n dump scam. How long does it take to hire a flipping geologist? Are we going to get another 45 days extension again? Why don't you show us some proof of gold that has come from the MGMX mines? If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it surely must be a duck.
You need to answer your shareholders, because without them, MGMX is absolutely nothing but a couple of grunts and a couple of shovels. Let me tell you how the stock market works, if you are pouring gold and then selling it, you are making money from the retail sale and that in turn makes the stock price go up, continually diluting the shares only does one thing, it DRIVES the price down! Maybe you're printing so many shares because the price of oil has come down.
So, where does all the bantering that is not on topic allowed under the rules.. There is so much crap on here that is off topic, which is clear violation of the rules. Yes, I made one post that was off topic, that I'm sure you were so proud that you found. However, my one to yours and other hundreds is a drop in the bucket...
Like I said, either apply the rules, evenly and fairly or don't at all.
A message about what other companies are doing in the gold sector is not off topic. I have seen many other posts where other people list ticker symbols and they were not deleted.
Explain and BTW, I won't be replying to your request of message #'s...

good morning Ms Pretty, I hate shopping, well maybe not hate, but close too it. I leave that up to those nearest and DEAREST to me.
Hope you enjoyed your few days of shopping.
Good luck this week.
Mule
mule,
since I am a non paying member, go ahead delete the post, however, it is no different than other posts talking about gold this and gold that. someone posted that other gold companies were going up, so I posted proof and which ones were going down as well. So how is that breaking the rules? It's information sharing on the sector as a whole. Why don't you delete all the other banter on here that is not related to MGMX, miss piggy this, miss piggy that? Oh, wait, you make frivelous posts as well, so I guess, you and those posts/ threads you are in are above the law...
There was nothing against the rules in my post, but there so much other crap in here, that I hate having to sift through on a daily basis. Either apply the rules across the board evenly and fairly or don't do it all.
bluballer.
I would like to see the statements too as well, please send them to me too...
Kindly,
JH

Mr. Handoncok,
We share the same frustrations as you do. Unfortunately we did not want to release any news out whatsoever until all the data has been delivered. We are still waiting on some of the data which was promised to us by early January at the latest. In lieu of this, and combined with the increasing demand of updating our shareholders, we decided to release yesterdays News. This gives a reference point to where MGM stands and what we are focused on, which is the production numbers, and geological reports etc.
We fully understand the need for everyone to know exactly what is being mined, what are its reserves and so forth which is why we are in the middle of securing an American Geologist to verify and confirm previous findings. We thank you for your support in MGM Mineral Resources and will update you once newsis made available.
Regards,
Management

===============================================================
Sirs -
Good Afternoon,
I am a current shareholder of MGMX stock. I would like to know why MGMX failed to follow through with in today's PR? The next PR that was to be referenced was supposed to contain actual production #'s and information (Oct/ Nov PR's). I am rather disappointed, to say the least. I understand that it was a horrible 2006, but at the moment MGMX has not shown me that it has done anything to slay the dragons from the past year.
I want to know when we (shareholders) will receive some concrete evidence that gold and other metals are being mined, that bullion is actually being poured. I want to know when you will stop diluting the shares to fund operations and get this stock in the 3-10 $USD it belongs if there is so much reserves as indicated by your very own website.
As a shareholder, please give me something that will make me all warm and fuzzy for the future, and give me some faith!
Happy Extraction!
Kindly,
J.H
No, banks and stock market is shut down for MLK Day.
LOL, take lotion and have fun.
what kind of fun and why is lotion involved...
hahaha
I see you posted on stockhouse.com boards until mid-dec after the little quarrel over there with a basher.
Do the Columbian drug cartels have any influence on the company or gold mining in Columbia? You know, like give them some gold so the company will be "safe".
Just curious as whether or not there are any influences from them on the gold companies.
i bought a 100k @ .0012 this am as well, i'm sold and in for long term
I will be in it for the long term, not a day trader.
ok someone sell me 100K stock options...
I would like to know about any other Dirt Digging or Due Diligence research that has been done into MGMX, Ken Lamb or Jairo. I'm just curious as to what has been done and found as I continually search google, ask.com, google groups, yahoo groups and pretty much come up with old press releases, stock spam but nothing else that makes this seem any less riskier. Yes, I know penny stock, the high risk, but the potentially high rewards. I'm just trying to learn more about the company and people involved other than what is said on the website.
I understand the danger and don't want you or any one else dead yet either... just had my hopes up higher for the pics.
I do appreciate the work of whoever took them and the risk taken.
Downloaded the pic from hostpic.com ... for me I'm kinda disappointed, I wanted to see some gold or a mine or some equipment. Is that the only pic? It doesn't really give me a warm fuzzy feeling...
j.handoncok@gmail.com
would like to see the new pics...
what about posting them on the Yahoo group?
I looked up the domain www.mgmmining.com -- it was registered last May by Kenneth Lamb and is set to expire May 2007. All info below from www.whois.sc
Looks legit, but I'm curious as to why only a 1 year option on the domain, anyone that expects to be in business usually go 2-3 years minimum, probably just a mental mistake and dirt digging on my part before I purchase some shares... damn etrade waiting period.

well I'm patiently waiting for etrade to allow my bank transfer through, I don't want to miss the boat if this baby runs up! Hopefully no press releases before Mon or Tuesday :-P
I just have this special feeling about this micro.

Hello all
I've been following this board and stock for awhile, I looked at the pics on yahoo, I've read about gold and the dollar and that most analysts see a bull market for gold in 2007.
My main concern is with 1BN shares, what is the probability of MGMX doing a 1000/1 or 100/1 reverse stock split in the near future? I would think that the key execs/dirs would hold quite a few shares and with gold moving higher, they wouldn't do this because they would stand to make more money.
What is anyone's thoughts on this?
P.S, I will be in once I resurrect my e-trade account from the dead of the late 90's.
