Good Afternoon,

I am a current shareholder of MGMX stock. I would like to know why MGMX failed to follow through with in today's PR? The next PR that was to be referenced was supposed to contain actual production #'s and information (Oct/ Nov PR's). I am rather disappointed, to say the least. I understand that it was a horrible 2006, but at the moment MGMX has not shown me that it has done anything to slay the dragons from the past year.

I want to know when we (shareholders) will receive some concrete evidence that gold and other metals are being mined, that bullion is actually being poured. I want to know when you will stop diluting the shares to fund operations and get this stock in the 3-10 $USD it belongs if there is so much reserves as indicated by your very own website.

As a shareholder, please give me something that will make me all warm and fuzzy for the future, and give me some faith!
