Mr. Handoncok,

We share the same frustrations as you do. Unfortunately we did not want to release any news out whatsoever until all the data has been delivered. We are still waiting on some of the data which was promised to us by early January at the latest. In lieu of this, and combined with the increasing demand of updating our shareholders, we decided to release yesterdays News. This gives a reference point to where MGM stands and what we are focused on, which is the production numbers, and geological reports etc.

We fully understand the need for everyone to know exactly what is being mined, what are its reserves and so forth which is why we are in the middle of securing an American Geologist to verify and confirm previous findings. We thank you for your support in MGM Mineral Resources and will update you once newsis made available.
