Letter from the GAMZ CEO - 03/02/01
Friends and shareholders:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/010302/0055_2.html
Attached is this morning's press release announcing that GameCom is the featured and cover story in the current edition of Kiosk Business magazine. Although the physical magazines were mailed out to subscribers last week, the new edition was not placed on the magazine's website until yesterday afternoon.
I realize that it has appeared the last month or so has been "quiet" from a news/PR standpoint, but I assure you that it has been a very busy period for both GameCom and Global VR. Management for both companies, as well as their lawyers and professional advisors, have been hard at work negotiating the final contractual terms of the GameCom acquisition contract, as well as, more importantly, working out the details for merging the operations of the two companies.
Both Milind Bharvirkar, Global VR's founder and president, and I are dedicated to getting a "running start" on combining the resources and opportunities of the two companies at the earliest practical time.
Last week, Steve Haag, Al Spivey, and Jose Olivares from GameCom spent the entire work week at Global VR's headquarters in San Jose. The reasons for the trip, as well as the positive consequences, were numerous. First, and at this stage most importantly, it gave our operations team a week of on-site due diligence. I'll suffice it to say they liked what they saw.
Second, it gave the GameCom team an opportunity to work with Global VR's staff and begin the merger of the companies' respective technical know-how. Further, Global VR is expanding rapidly, and it gave us the opportunity to "lend a hand," so to speak, to give our soon-to-be merger friends a helping hand with their current monstrous workload in meeting a greatly-increasing number of product orders.
Finally, it was an excellent opportunity for the two companies' staffs to begin the process of melding together. This, obviously, will be an important segment of the integration of the two companies.
Milind and I will be meeting all day in Phoenix tomorrow on a number of issues, including finalization of the acquisition contract, discussion of the practical aspects of the merger, and the best immediate opportunities for commercial exploitation by the combined companies.
I've told you before, with deference to my Texas songwriter friend Rusty Wier, that "still waters run deep." This has been a very busy time, and I believe you will soon see the results of this labor. I'm planning on a return to New York this month, with a more focused message to some institutions who have been observing us since January. I trust they will like what they hear.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Arch spoke to soon the bid is now .26 and ask is .31 on GAMZ since the float is so small I guess the MM's can't bring themselves to tighten the spread too much:) It appears that they need shares badly would love to see them get squeezed:)
Take Care,
Greg
Thanks Arch EOM
The Volume on GAMZ has increased and the spread has tightened to bid .28 ask .31. Looks like the MM's may decide to make a market for the stock.

Arch I have a call into Kiosk business to see when they will release the January/February on-line edition where GAMZ will be on the cover. They have delayed the edition for about a month now and it should have been out on Friday. I will let the board know when I can find out a date. GAMZ usually has news just about every week so I expect them to release some type of news this week. ICOA has to be re-listed and back on the OTC by the end of February before they run out of money. Their back is against the wall and I expect to hear something from them within the next two weeks. Once they announce their re-listing I expect lots of PR's to get the stock price up to access the equity line. They have recently doubled from their 52 week low and have held the current price for at least a week. This leads me to believe the MM's want to move the stock since they are part of the process to get ICOA re-listed.

Greg

Arch here is GAMZ's CEO's e-mail. He usually sends an e-mail after each release with some great information included.
Friends and shareholders:
Attached is this morning's press release regarding a very successful international trade show recently enjoyed by both GameCom and Global VR.
The Amusement Trades Exhibitions International trade show held late last month in London is a major show within our industry, and is the European equivalent of the domestic IAAPA show held last November in Atlanta.
GameCom was present at the show to pursue an opportunity similar to that previously announced in Korea. Steve Haag has for the past few months been working with Ms. Margaret Owen of Sign up (UK), Ltd. regarding the potential sale of 'Net GameLink games and software to her clients in the UK, which represent the potential of reaching as many as 7000 kiosks currently in the process of deployment in Great Britain.
It has been our observation that both the European and Asian markets for PC-based games are currently more mature than the US market. As we have advised you, the Koreans particularly enjoy longer strategy-based games, while the British market is more keen on tournament competition, which is where we believe 'Net GameLink's strength lies, and where its fullest potential will be realized.
Global VR enjoyed an excellent show. We were aware of its recent distribution agreement with Cybermind (U.K.), Ltd., and this ATEI show gave us the opportunity to gauge the international appeal of Global VR's VR Vortek products. We were very pleased to observe the strong international interest in GVR's products.
The combination of two companies such as we have previously announced does not get accomplished without a lot of hard work, review of documents, and continued due diligence. All of us in both companies are hard at work, not only attending to our respective opportunities at hand, but also toward pursuing the merger.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

GameCom and Global VR Announce Successful European Trade Show
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2001--GameCom, Inc. (OTCBB:GAMZ - news) -- a leader in interactive Internet gaming -- today announced that both GameCom and Global VR, Inc. completed a successful presence at the Amusement Trades Exhibitions International trade show late last month in London, England.
As previously announced on January 10, 2001, GameCom has signed a letter of intent to acquire Global VR, www.globalvr.com. Global VR manufactures the ``VR Vortek(TM)'' line of virtual reality arcade games. The VR Vortek(TM) is the world's first walk-up, coin-operated virtual reality system.
At the ATEI show, GameCom entered into an agreement with Sign up (UK), Ltd., which is currently promoting business opportunities for GameCom's `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment system in Europe.
Margaret Owen, chief executive officer of Sign up (UK), stated ``We conducted a great deal of research to find the right mix of talent and content for several high-profile clients we are currently dealing with here in the U.K. We chose GameCom because of its unique capacity to adapt PC-type games for use in arcade/coin-op kiosks.''
Sign up (UK)'s primary mission is to introduce interactive, on-line tournament play to the burgeoning European gaming market. ``Both the U.K. and continental Europe are presently looking for on-line, interactive games of superior quality that foster tournament play, and we believe GameCom can fill this need,'' Owen concluded.
``Sign up (UK) recently approached GameCom with its view of European opportunity for our `Net GameLink(TM) tournament platform, with our proprietary EasyPlay(TM) software,'' stated Steven M. Haag, GameCom's vice-president of operations. ``In London, Sign up (UK) facilitated several high-level meetings to introduce GameCom's product line and technical assistance to three major companies within the United Kingdom, representing the potential to deliver `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment to nearly 7000 Internet kiosks currently being deployed in Great Britain,'' Haag concluded.
Global VR recently entered a distribution agreement with Cybermind (U.K.), Ltd., www.cybermind.co.uk, of Leicestershire, England. According to Cybermind's comments, acceptance of Global VR's VR Vortek(TM)product at the ATEI show was overwhelming.
Neil Yoxen, Cybermind's international sales executive, reported a high degree of interest at the show, including interest which if concluded would expand the VR Vortek(TM) product line into Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. ``Due to the overwhelming response to the VR Vortek(TM) line of products in London, I believe substantial orders will continue well after the show ends,'' Yoxen commented.
GameCom, www.GameComInc.com, based in Arlington, Texas, designs, manufactures, and assembles `Net GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming concept utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks. GameCom recently completed the `Net GameLink(TM) system, and is now engaged in the sales and marketing of this innovative concept.

Arch - Whenever I hear anything about ICOA I will let this board know. ICOA should have a plan to raise the stock price since they need to access the 9.5 million equity line by the end of February. To access the money ICOA needs to be trading on the OTC again and there are also volume and price restrictions. IMO news should be coming soon. I also setup a GAMZ investor information page. Here is the link if you want to check it out.

Hi Sork Welcome to the board. I hope the slowness of the site doesn't deter anyone because I plan on posting the ICOA and GAMZ DD links to these site threads because the space is better and it is easy to maintain. I agree it looks like next week will be a good week for ICOA. This site is still in BETA testing but it has features that blow RB away like being able to edit you posts private messages and board control of spam. I can remove spam posts myself.
Take Care,
Greg
Hi Irnin Welcome to this board. There are a few investors that have defected to this board and won't post on RB anymore because of all the spam and bashers. This is just another place new investors can find out about ICOA. Hopefully we will continue our momentum into next week.

Went to Gamecom's Cinemark location yesterday...
I had a little time to stop by to see the improvements that were made to the Netgamelink system. I was there around 3:00 pm Central time Saturday so it wasn't to crowded. When the system isn't in use advertisements from Gamecom's partner companies like AMD, NVIDIA and ACTIVISION were displayed along with promo's of the current games on the system. When you move the lighted track ball the desktop will be displayed with all the game ICON's. The system has been upgraded to be more user friendly and utilize the users time better. The price is 1 dollar for 5 minutes or .20 cents a minute. I played 2 dollars on one and 1 dollar on the other one. When a game is selected the control instructions are displayed during the loading process which is a great time saver. There is also an instruction button that you can click on after the game is loaded for further instructions like purpose of the game etc. The other button options you can click on for the game are Play and Exit. There is also an exit button on the control panel that will bring you back to the desktop whenever it is hit this is a great feature and time saver. They also have Internet access setup but some of the sites have been blocked as requested by the establishment RB just happens to be one of them:) The system has a joystick inbeded in the middle of the control panel and buttons that are programmed to work the same in all games on the system. There is also a small keyboard under the control panel to use to surf the Internet.
Take Care,
Greg
Hi Doug Welcome to the thread. I will keep the GAMZ information updated only on this thread and link to it from RB. In order for me to post the same information in the header of the this thread on RB I need to split it into around 5 posts which seems like a waste of time to me:)

Gamecom Financing explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
The beauty of this is that we are assured of up to $15 million dollars, at our option. We pay for the money, the great thing about this concept, it’’’’s called a private equity line, and we pay for the money through issuance of shares and warrants based upon market price as we take down the money. For instance, if we drew down today and our stock price is at $.50, we would pay for the money based on issuing stock at a factor of $.50. So let’’’’s say that three months from now we’’’’re selling at $2.00. Then, when we draw down money, we pay based on a market price of $2.00. eVGA, inc. supplies GameCom, Inc with NVIDIA CORP (NasdaqNM:NVDA) G-Force II graphics accelerators.
ACTIVISION INC (NasdaqNM:ATVI) supplies GameCom with the some of the most exciting games in the industry. Have you ever heard of "Quake"?
Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ - news) the two companies will work together as strategic partners to develop a PC-based kiosk unit for the coin-operated gaming industry.
Gamecom is first in their industry as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Jones: Well, to our knowledge, we’’’’re the only ones that make interactive gaming kiosks. Forrester Research, the smart guys up there in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have talked about interactive Internet computer gaming growing exponentially with as many as 39.5 million players and $1.9 billion in total sales by 2002. And most of the focus has been on interactive game play for the home. What we are doing is we’’’’re taking that phenomenon to the social setting, and not only where a gamer can get on the Internet to go to a game enabler and play interactive computer games, our kiosks are networked so they can play interactively with people right there in their very site.
Gamecom's revenue model: The Netgamelink system also allows advertiser ads to be displayed on the screen when the system isn't in use. There will also be an option to buy any of the games loaded on the system. Here is another cool feature that the system provides as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Unlike a single game that just has one game where you play against a computer, our kiosks come with ten interactive games, and we will continue to monitor them and as time goes on we can throw advice to the establishment to say, ““well this game has been updated so we can update this game for you, and that game is a bit outdated, and we can see from your revenue that nobody’’s playing that game very much so why don’’t we substitute in this game within that particular genre of games?””
Gamecom has US and international patent applications as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
We make gaming kiosks for interactive Internet games. Our patent application is for ““““network enabled gaming kiosks,”””” and it is very exciting as we are beginning to let the world know about our product and get our self out into the marketplace.

So, the whole concept is designed to give us the capital that we need, with the minimum of dilution to our existing shareholders. We are very, very pleased with this alliance with Swartz.

Unlike a single game that just has one game where you play against a computer, our kiosks come with ten interactive games, and we will continue to monitor them and as time goes on we can throw advice to the establishment to say, “well this game has been updated so we can update this game for you, and that game is a bit outdated, and we can see from your revenue that nobody’s playing that game very much so why don’t we substitute in this game within that particular genre of games?”
Gamecom has US and international patent applications as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
We make gaming kiosks for interactive Internet games. Our patent application is for ““network enabled gaming kiosks,”” and it is very exciting as we are beginning to let the world know about our product and get ourself out into the marketplace.

Weo,
I know. I am starting to get pretty frustrated with all the great stuff Gamecom will have going this month and the stock price hasn't reacted yet. These MM's are really something with their pitiful spread.
Take Care,
Greg
Gary,
How do you do that? When I enter the Ticker from the homepage Gamecom's message board comes up. Let me know thanks.
Greg
CEO e-mail concerning the August 22nd 2000 news release.
Friends and shareholders:
Attached please find this morning's press release announcing our featured story in the current edition of GameWeek Magazine, which can be found at www.gameweek.com.
GameWeek is one of the most respected gaming industry magazines around, covering all aspects of the interactive entertainment industry, and we are obviously very pleased to be their current featured story.
Pete Gallagher sent me an e-mail on August 3rd, indicating that he had "been reading about [our] company lately" and described GameWeek as "an industry publication, that is at least half of our readers are publishers, developers, and retailers." In our opinion, this feature validates 'Net GameLink as a cutting-edge entertainment medium. There was no compensation whatsoever paid, and the magazine found us.
We conducted our discussion on August 15th, and the intervening time, I suppose, was spent in editing and getting our story slotted for publication.
Significantly, according to Mr. Gallagher, GameWeek's feature has already been picked up and linked by "a couple of hard core gaming sites," www.voodooextreme.com and www.stomped.com.
For a bit of a "sneak peak," I've attached a photograph we received last night from our new kiosk manufacturer in LA. This is the first batch of our production model kiosk cabinets, and we are on schedule to install the new kiosks at Gilligan's next Friday for a week of use before we load two of them up for the trip to Las Vegas.
When you see the final product, you will find they are physically very similar to our current beta-test models, except they contain a number of refinements at the suggestion of some leading gaming distributors. Most noticeably, you will see an illuminated advertising panel above the monitor, we will have models with either a 21" monitor or a 27" television screen, and the control panel area has been lowered and re-worked. A lot of it, however, will be substantially the same: the size and shape, the open side panel with the Lexan exclamation point, and the fiber-optic lighting.
Look for a new addition to our website in the next day or two designed specifically for the serious gamer. This is our gaming technical advisor John Zelinski's project, and at my age, I'm allowed no input whatsoever. I do, however, retain veto power.
These are simply my personal comments, and I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As always, I appreciate your interest in GameCom.

With the awesome financing equity line they have in place and the two huge events coming up this month with the possibility of their first sale before the events. This stock should be over a dollar just on anticipation. Let me know what you think after doing your DD.
Thanks,
Greg
