Are you long on this one? Can we get to the listing requirements naturally?

Did we find a buyer?
So you have no concerns about Google getting hardware support from the top hardware manufacturers or H.265 coming online? You think TMMI can compete against Google's or H.265 free codecs? Time will tell but time is not on TMMI's side right now as major decisions have already been made for 4k coding and decoding that will be hard to change as TV's are in production.
I could be wrong but I think it is just too late for any new codec to compete against these two free options that have major support. The best path now IMHO is for TMMI to go shareware (try 30days for free) and show that it works and get it out there fast. I would try it and if it was better as they claim (faster with smaller size and resolution independent) I would buy the product and buy the stock (if they win the lawsuit). This would also get great exposure for the company too.

I hope you were able to make some coin on the small pullback with your short and then go long. This has been a real hot stock.

Video on Nanofilm, Ltd the company that is reverse merging into APNT.

I have been invested in NWBO for a while now (held through the split and uplist:) and have high hopes for them.
OT - In the meantime, FWIW If I was battling cancer right now I would seriously look into supplementing with iodine (Iodoral) and selenium (Brazil nuts) in the mornings and mega doses of liposomal vitamin C (mercola.com has a good one) throughout the afternoon (don't take them at the same time or the vitamin C may oxidize). This would be in addition to the mega doses of vitamin D3 I currently take and I would also avoid all processed foods and sugars making sure to get lots of good fats (coconut oil, olive oil, flax seed oil) and good salt (Redmond real salt). But that's just me and everyone has to do their own research and make their own decisions for their own body.

Nanofilm, Ltd a private company is doing a reverse merge into APNT which owns valuable nano technology patents and has many government and research grants. APNT was once a NASDAQ stock and is fully reporting. Look at the market cap. At $.03 it could get interesting real quick if the new leadership can generate interest. Worth keeping an eye on. JMHO
"I think a major paradigm shift is going to be led by those companies that have good balance sheets, although there are very few of those currently in this space. It will also be led by companies that have partners with viable business models. Pluristem has a great partner in United Therapeutics Corp. (UTHR:NASDAQ). Mesoblast has Teva. Athersys has Pfizer. And in all cases, the business models of cells in a bottle, like pills in a bottle, are going to look attractive to big pharma."...

It was actually the stockgumshoe attention that sparked the current rally.
TINY is undervalued at $3 IMHO. It seems you picket a top on your LWLG call. I have hopes for another nano stock called APNT $.03 nanocap which has many cutting edge nano tech patents with some deals that are starting to make earning and they are always getting government contracts plus they are working on a merger with nanofilms as a way of bringing them public.
