Well, at least I broke up the 19 hours of no posts here.
Fair enough... please read on...
I have been trying to talk about the stock and not the posters; however, I take the good and the bad when dealing with any stock. You can't have only positive news all the time, you need to also post the negative facts. If it's all positive news, it looks like a pump and dump. If it's all negative news, it looks like short sellers are trying to buy back low to flip it. You need to have a happy medium. Unfortunately, most of the negative news is fact (i.e. Tim's wife dumping all those shares at .10 the day it went to .15). While much of the positive news is fact too (anything filed with the SEC is fact), too much positive speculation (almost any news release can be taken with a grain of salt until proven... think SLJB) is actually hurting the stock in my opinion. That said, what's the latest with the letter of intent to distribute to 9 middle Eastern countries? Any further news on this? Link to the PR from OCT 16th is below.

By not allowing other points of view but your own and those of people who follow your agenda, you're actually hurting this stock rather than helping it.
My concerns are valid, and I'm here looking for answers just like everyone else is.
Also, I will have a nice day! Thank you!
If it went to 50 cents, that would mean that Tim's wife recently sold over $400K "worth" of stock for $80K. I highly doubt it will go that high. I'd be surprised if it even tested .15 again. Don't get me wrong, I'd gladly take 15 to 50 cents a share...
Well, Tim's wife sold over 800k shares @ .10 during the pump... and it doesn't look like she (or anyone else really for that matter) is buying back in at a lower price (the volume over the past days few does not add up to over 800k shares). So if Tim's wife doesn't have any faith in this company, and she's an insider... how do you think that makes other people who are holding feel? (hint: like selling). I'm stuck in this with 60k shares... going to ride it out and hope for the best. No pain, no gain... but the pain is starting to wear on me.

They seem to like to release info on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays... just an observation.
We were on Wall Street
He was invested pretty deep
Someone reached out and tapped him
It was a Stock Lobster!
Yes, having trouble getting page to come up!
... well that can't be good.
Heck, if I (or anyone else for that matter) made something good I (they) would get a TV show contract too...
They are fliming a pilot... something to pitch to the TV show producers. You don't need a contract to pitch a show.
News out... Friday after hours...

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On July 9, 2007, the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (the "DSCP") of the United States Department of Defense awarded the registrant's wholly-owned subsidiary, Altama Delta Corporation, a contract to furnish hot weather infantry combat boots. The contract contains an initial one year term with four one year extension options available to the DSCP. The contract is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery, and indefinite quantity contract. The contract provides for a minimum of approximately 83,000 pairs and a maximum of approximately 337,000 pairs in contract year one for a maximum fixed price of approximately $20.4 million. It also provides for a minimum of approximately 61,000 pairs and a maximum of approximately 308,000 pairs in each of the next four contract option years. As a result, there can be no assurance of the ultimate number of combat boots that the DSCP will purchase under the contract.
first trade was for 400... possible signal to trade it sideways? I don't expect much action today.
NITE - Knight Equity Markets, L.P. http://www.knighttradinggroup.com
Scottrade uses NITE as their MM.
Hope this helps.
yawn... what a boring day. see you all monday.
Still waiting for my buy order for 312500 shares to go through... at my price though.
Per the article...
"Shareholders must retain ownership of shares for the one-year period in order to exercise warrant and receive the underlying shares. In event of stock split, warrants will be adjusted accordingly."
Here's how I read it. You have to hold the shares that you already have for 1 year in order to excercise warrant and receive the underlying shares.
Link please...
Yes they did! Don't you remember? They sued right after they received the $350M for the cement deal! Remember now? It was right after the audited financials came out! Sheesh, how could you forget these important milestones.
(I think it goes without saying, but for those of you on the slow side, I'm kidding.) Heck, I pissed away thousands of dollars in this stock. At least I can still have a laugh or two.
Thanks! I've never been afraid to call a spade a spade, and I'm not a politically correct pansy like many people in today's society. I look forward to reading more of your posts.
I'll be putting in an order for 200k at .025 as soon as the freakin' funds clear through scottrade. Darn 3 day wait with their moneydirect deposit system sux. It used to be same day a few years ago when they had their original deposit system, but that ended up getting hacked, and a lot of peoples' info was stolen.

I agree, and I'm a true long...
What choice do I have now... sell my 60k shares that I bought at an average of .115 for a paltry sum or sit and wait to see what happens? Unfortunately, I'm now stuck in this penny stock... a place that I hate to be in. I wish the best for what remains of our little hardware store, and I hope that these crooks get theirs.
"...That is fraudulent misrepresentation, any way you spin it." ... I couldn't have said it better.
yes, to some degree... until that degree is hacked. But is the degree that it can temporarily halt the copying worth it, or would the degree to which that money could be used for something better (i.e. big name singers, etc) worth more in the long run? I'm not looking for an answer, just something to ponder.
Also, this is my last post for the day (I have a few more remaining, but have things to do). Thanks to all for the conversations.
if you download the song onto your computer, it will have a serial number. if you then copy it from your computer to a... say... memorex tape (the type you used to use in your walkman) the serial number will not be stored on it. Think about it... even if you didn't have the tape recorder hooked up to your computer, you could set up the tape recorder next to the speakers (the quality would be pretty crappy, but could be cleaned up). How is the digital serial number going to magically jump from the computer to the tape? Across the air?
just for everyone's FYI
I am not for pirating music or putting down NSHV's anti-piracy technology. I'm just pointing out how easy it is to thwart this technology. Like others on this board, I could care less about the company's anti-piracy technology. I'm in this stock for the 504D share buyback and also because I truly see potential in this company. Personally, I think they should just drop the idea of anti-piracy stuff all together, because it can never be achieved and is a waste of money in my opinion. Put the money into making future CDs FULL of great songs. That will encourage people to actually buy the cd rather than download the one or two songs that they like if the CD only has 1 or 2 good songs.
sigh... here goes...
step 1) copy the music to a tape
step 2) recopy from tape to cd or directly to computer
step 3) run through equalizer program, take out the hiss, clean it up a bit, etc
step 4) copy to cd or whatever file type you want
no serial number, no database record... it's that easy and it only takes 1 person to start the fire. sad, but true.
*I cannot reply to private messages*
I hope that the technology helps curb music piracy, but it will never be able to completely rid of the "problem". I wasn't really being serious with my post about the Limewire thing, it was a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor. On the topic of anti-piracy tactics... remember Madonna's cd where people would try to illegally download her songs and receive a recording of her saying "what the f--- do you think you're doing?" It took hackers like 30 seconds crack that and have her entire album available for download. Also, remember a few years back when the latest and greatest anti piracy technology was defeated with a simple permanent marker line being drawn on the edge of the cd? Another one was defeated by holding down the shift key (or was it tab, I don't remember) when copying the "protected" music. Being heavily involved in the computer field, I'm amazed at the speed that hackers can thwart the latest protection methods. Usually, they end up with a slap on the wrist, but sometimes they receive a little jail time followed by offers for million dollar positions with the companies that they hacked.
how do you know?
Did you speak with IR? What did you ask them? What was their exact reply? I appreciate the info, but please post a little more info, as your posts tend to be cryptic and therefore I'm skeptical of them.
I'll take a guess...
one... and then that one will be posted on Limewire where millions of people will download it for free. Sorry, couldn't resist.

not only are cats the devil's helpers...
they're also furry little poop machines. trust me, I have 4.
Looks more like a double reverse scissor split uplift bar-flapimatron to me. But then again, what do I know.
sell on news (I didn't) but that's the saying.
Someone on this board has been sending me PMs with hints. He or she claims to know who the people are. I cannot PM, so I am just posting the best possible guess based on the hints sent to me. I don't know if this person is in the know or not, but heck, I can take 2 minutes of my time to google some names based on the hints the person provided me with. Time will tell if he or she really knew or is just blowing smoke up my butt.
LeAnn Rimes & Tim Mcgraw???
Do they fit the hints given?
I do not believe that the growth will be slow and steady... at least not right away. I believe that the stock will react strongly either one way or another, and the day that the names are released will either make or break the stock in the near term (until something else comes down the line). This stock was up about 200% on speculation alone, and when the names come out... there will be no more speculation as to who the singers are... either they're everything we are hoping they are and the stock goes up, or they are washed up nobodies and the stock goes down. The only way that I can see the slow and steady growth is later on down the line. Hopefully the upcoming news will be great (i.e. big name singers) and the stock will spike, at which point some people will take profits and possibly buy back in at a lower price when people panic sell. After that has happened, then I can see the slow and steady growth. Just what I think.
