USPR postive gold,silver,copper news today.
Latest drilling core samples look very nice. You can find it on today's news.
New Gold/Copper Stock. USPR
Relatively undiscovered gold/copper mining stock. USPR has mine in Mexico. Core samples coming back with positive results for gold and copper. Decent float of around 50 million (I think it is 45 million)
Check out the recent press releases. Could be an interesting play.
There are many others with RHWC shares besides Laurus
There are less shorts than people think IMO. I have a feeling that the CUSIP change will not amount to much price movement. Everyone has been blaming everything on the shorts...we will soon see how short things really are. I have a feeling that there are alot of newly minted shares that have been hitting the market. Our total issued and outstanding keeps rising. We have been told that they are in "safe hands", but who knows if that is true. With no revenues on the books to date according to SEC filings, the bills have to be paid somehow. If they have been paid with shares, those shares would need to be sold....
RHWC's performance, that is...
Pathetic...
All I am saying is that RHWC is looking more and more like a typical penny stock. Alot of promises, but short on the delivery. I own a boatload of this stock so I am entitled to my opinion. If they don't shape up, I'll be giving you guys some cheap shares. No biggie. A little loss to offset my other gains. Less capital gains taxes.
Likely...they have to pay the bills somehow. With no revenues, stock is the only way to pay the employees. If they want to pay the bills, the stock has to be sold...no one works for free.
Revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2007 was zero. Good job RHWC! Keep up the good work! WTF?!! Profitable by 1st quarter...err, make that the 2nd quarter...err, make that the 3rd quarter....
How about reporting some freakin' revenues? More spin-doctoring from RHWC...Show us the money! RHWC is becoming a true "penny stock" in all aspects.
I also got RHWC from the Black Book. RHWC has been in the toilet lately. I did grab a bunch of TBSI at $5.75 after reading the Little Black Book. It hit a new high of $21+ today! I wish RHWC would do the same, but I am not holding my breath. Getting very fed up with this company. I am thinking tax write off with this one!
OTCBB stocks have trading halted numerous times. Usually, the stock is associated with fraudulent activity. If RHWC trading had been halted by the SEC, there would be a notice about it.
My guess is that most RHWC trading is done amongst the MM's. There may be a few shares picked up here and there by smalltime individual investors such as ourselves, but the MM's are probably doing most of the trading with this stock.
As to having no more available shares to short...the MM's can always find ways to short shares. Naked shorting, shorting unregistered shares, you name it and they have probably done it.
Zzzzzz Zzzzzz....
Turncoats? Just because people aren't blind cheerleaders does not mean that they are turncoats. I have not sold any shares. I'll bet that many others expressing concerns have not sold any shares either. The guys flipping this stock are doing much more harm than a few LONG investors expressing concerns...
Sword, just a question. If you expect the PPS to dip to $.03, why not sell now and buy back later?
As a Reliant shareholder, I am entitled to whine as much as I want about this stock. Obviously, I think this stock has some potential, otherwise I would dump and run. However, we as shareholders do have the right to voice an opinion.
For some reason, people think that a negative comment is nothing more than bashing the stock or an attempt to "drive the price down" for acquisition at lower prices. There are those who do look at the stock from all angles.
Good strategy. Good to limit to $10k. Have seen many get burned over the years by flipping illiquid stocks. RHWC is not the most liquid stock these days.
I tend to do most of my flips on the NAZ. I do a few subpenny flips if the conditions are right, but nothing on a daily basis.
Agreed. They have met goals, however late. If they were a fly-by-night scam, they would not even bother trying.
The problem developing is that you gain a credibility problem when you keep releasing PR's about deals with broker networks that never come to full fruition. If the broker network has thousands of brokers, but you continually utilize only 20-30 of these brokers, what good is sending out that press release? You build up expectations amongst the investors that will not be met. That leads to animosity. That leads to poor attractability for your stock. That is where we sit now.
My RHWC is one of the only drags on my portfolio during the past few months. I have done particularly well in the oceanic shipping sector of the NYSE and Nasdaq. Have a few doubles and triples with TBSI, DRYS, GNK, and QMAR.
At this point, I am having RHWC sit in the corner until it decides to behave.
Many of us have been around since Feb 2006. That is when this stock began to have a "large" public following. Hawaii was very big on pimping this stock at that time, but he seems to have moved on to other stocks. I know that he still owns RHWC shares, but he just doesn't seem to be hot on RHWC anymore. On top of this, the company has not been exactly forthcoming with information. We keep getting delays, but we are never told about them until after the fact. Reliant can make all the projections they want, but until they actually show some hard #'s, I have a feeling that we are going to languish and suffer at the hands of the MM's.
For those with good memories, there always seems to be an "explanation" for RHWC's poor performance. First it was VFIN shorting...then it was ARCA shorting...then it was the "mystery investor" dumping shares...there was the website delay...there was the credit line delay...there was the neverending tweaking and refining of the mortgage broker network process...we wasted money on a poorly produced television commercial that aired on CNBC when we did not have the capability to sufficiently process loan applications...the list goes on and on.
What is going to attract investors to our stock? To date, there is not much here but projections, potential, and a dwindling share price. Those items describe nearly half of the stocks on the Pinks and OTCBB.
I am not one to blindly cheer for stocks that I own. I have been in this business for a long time and I have seen one cheerleader after another lose their shirt and pom-poms when their pumpalicious stock never produced.
Numbers folks. We need those numbers. No more delays. No more projections. No more partial limited test runs. It is time to put up or shut up.
Revenue needs to be reported. Again, we have had nothing but delays. We have had excuses about "refining" the process and limiting operations to a small percentage of the broker network. I want to see #'s ASAP. OTCBB companies promising and projecting "future revenues" are a dime a dozen. Heck, I know of one particular company that is projecting over $24 Billion in revenue! Projections are great...realized #'s are better.
To date, Reliant's history has been questionable. They launched a commercial with Donovan Bailey on CNBC when operations were not fully available (Why waste this money?). Again, we have had significant delays. If I paid my bills the way that Reliant misses their target dates, my credit rating would be 500.
Look, I am pulling for Reliant. I own a bunch of shares. I am, however, getting a bit frustrated with these guys. I will not be purchasing additional shares at this point. I will hold what I have and look for #'s to be reported.
I was in Toronto earlier this year and went by the office.
I am just as concerned as you are about Reliant. It just seems that we are not getting the real story here. Nearly everything that Reliant has done to date has been delayed. The website opening was delayed. The credit line was delayed. We keep hearing that X should be up and running by Y, but there always seems to be a delay and X happens at Z instead.
I know that the Hamiltons own a majority of the shares in RHWC. I believe that Kevin is the major player and that Steve is simply the mortgage guy. I have spoken to Steve on the phone, and I agree, he may not be the best PR guy for RHWC. Not much pizzazz when he speaks. Simply put, he sounds like a desk jockey.
I believe that some guys in the Bahamas own a bunch of RHWC shares. I believe that they have something to do with Reliant's insurance division. I wonder if they have been dumping.
Additionally, I want to know where those newly issued shares went. I am guessing that whoever received those shares has been dumping them on the market.
Reliant better get on the ball. Many disgruntled investors developing here. The company is losing credibility in many eyes.
I know for a fact that IPWG went public in 04. Pinksheets is not the ultimate source of knowledge.
Pic Inside
IPWG CEO Toscano (left) and UK Prime Minister Tony Blair (right) at the launch of the IPWG international headquarters on Friday.
Note that Blair is standing at an IPWG podium with an "Add Power" sign (IPWG technology) and that there are 3 additional IPWG signs in the background behind the Prime Minister. This is BIG! How many other OTCBB companies can get the head of a world superpower to launch their headquarters?
Added Blair pic to iBox. I will try to update the box soon.
Did you guys see IPWG and Tony Blair?
UK Prime Minister Tony Blair launched the International Headquarters for IPWG on Friday. I didn't beleive it myself until I actually saw pics of Tony Blair shaking hands with IPWG CEO Toscano in front of an IPWG sign.
Check out the news at Yahoo. Other good info on Blair and IPWG is at www.stockdoconline.com
We sure could use some good news here...
Interest has been lost by the public. All that remains are the longs. We may be holding fast, but the MM's will keep bleeding us dry unless we get some real news...soon

It has been 1 year now since most people started getting into RHWC. Seems like we keep getting one delay after another. First it was the website. Then it was the credit line. Then it was the credit line again. The launch date changes. What is going on? Looking more like a typical OTCBB bomb than a billion dollar baby.
I hate to be critical because I do own a bunch of shares, but come on!
We are getting hammered. We need something positive here. Most of my buds in this stock are ready to cut bait and move on.
Chevdawg, they have it at Amazon. Only book I know of that has good penny and pink info. 3 predictions in the book have come true since I got a copy.
1. Bio-Lok (former OTCBB) was acquired by private company
2. FFI (AMEX) doubled in price
3. TBSI (NASDAQ) more than doubled in price
Mentions many pennies and pinkies in the text with alot of specifics.

BB's Penny Haven given great props!
In the "Subpenny Stock Chapter" of The Little Black Book of Microcap Investing, BB's Penny Haven is touted. Nice!
From the book...
"If you are new to subpenny stocks, I recommend that you visit a few select message boards on the website http://www.investorshub.com. Cash Cow and BB’s Penny Haven are two investorshub message boards with some very knowledgeable subpenny stock investors."
What happened to Hawaiian? I notice that he has not posted for nearly 2 weeks...Does anyone know if he works with Clipper?
This one will move!
Watch IPWG. Moved from Pinks to OTCBB on Fri. Price jumped 60% on volume of 2 million shares. Expect this one to go much higher.
IPWG moves to OTCBB from Pinks. :)
IPWG moves to OTCBB from Pinks. Up 40%. Keep an eye on this one. Should be HUGE
Communication from Reliant or Clipper would be good for shareholders.
I see no MM's getting burned. We are the ones getting burned at this point.
You have to be smart at how you buy. No one in their right mind would buy $20K at one time. That is just not smart. There are specific ways to buy stock, especially thinly traded OTCBB and Pink Sheet Stocks, with large amounts of cash.
