The election is more important, than these two, imo. It really doesn’t matter about the two new guys but I suspect they are eager for the opportunity. And they may already be working with the SC holdings and ND. So yeah they most likely are trying to buy into this movement. Back to the election, since Trump lost his lost his last election he has actually started investing in crypto and is expect to be very pro crypto this time if he wins. And yeah I wouldn’t expect any news other than the requirements because this is decentralized and there is no reason to tell or hype about high worth individuals investing or backing this expansion into the US by Phoenix Group. They certainly don’t look to be doing any dilution unless it’s very beneficial for growth. https://www.politico.com/news/2024/01/08/donald-trump-crypto-savior-00132417
I will have to work a couple shifts this weekend since I need to keep my part job. I will look to use some of the money to add next week. I hope this turns into a good investment.
The management/leadership is the problem here. They need to bring a mirror to the next board meeting so they can figure out who to fire.
We are in the dog days. June 2nd is getting closer but experiencing some long, lethargic, and draught days.
Great buys, imo.
For real! Seems like someone joined the party.
It’s been a very frustrating couple years.
The Pierre Corp. isn’t involved in this shell/new company so Charlie has a chance to do well here.
Personally, I believe that they are in a position to come out of the halving event with a stronger position in the crypto sector than before.
I am just getting excited here. I have been adding. Bitc continues to give me the risk on signal. I am in on the stock and still can add a decent amount of shares at these prices. I am surprised a genuine incorporation with high level success is still available at the risk/reward prices that I am getting here.
Thank You. Glad you answered. I know you’re up to date.
When is the next 10-q?
When is the next 10-q?
Is there a reason you believe this stock will be up listed to the Nasdaq? I see in the filings there no intention of diluting but I haven’t see any plans of them up listing.
Thanks Mark. Nice update.
Yeah they probably won’t even respond. If you hang around you’ll get your answers one of us will post them. However we don’t have any insight and will just be relaying what the company releases. So either hangout with us or watch for more filings. Hopefully you’ll find out about that other stock they were associated with but I don’t think it’s in anyway associated to The Phoenix Group. Plus they have some non competition clause in their contracts now that they work for TCRI.
Lester why don’t you contact Phoenix Group Company instead of getting on a message board and complaining and voicing your concerns about the CEO and CFO. There is nobody here that can help you get them replaced. However if you start emailing and complaining to The Phoenix Group then maybe they will listen to you and actually do something about it.
Please stop. I have some puts in the over priced market right now and would like to move profits here. If they don’t know then screw them. Most believers have 10,000’s of share and want more.
Yes
That is kinda where I am at atm. I too like the backing and have no clue about hiring of the new CEO/CFO. They do have good oversight with the Phoenix Group directors/ owners. So who knows. It could rip or dip depending on new information or lack there of.
Are you serious or foolish? If you’re being serious then just so you know I am in no way connected to the Phoenix Group or have access to Manuf Ali. I can’t answer that question.
Does anyone have ZVSA on watch?
Interesting because you have been bearish on Tcri for a long time. I see that as CEO and CFO have not done much for Edgm however they haven’t had any funds to do anything. Since Bitc pulled back so much in 2022 and the 15 million they recieved would obviously dilute the stock price. However they keep the stock pink current and don’t see anything bad either. What exactly is your issue with them? I know they didn’t tell you to buy and hold the stock.
I didn’t realize you was a bear for like 2 years on Tcri. I suppose you think the Phoenix group’s mission of going public was to list on the ADX with the other 78 companies listed on there. 🙄
If it pumps way up that would be good for us. Manuf Ali already stated he was planning on listing part of or some of Phoenix Group in the shell. The more that’s worth can only help us.
Nice! Added 100 million to market cap on day one.
It is today Dec 5th.
Bitc is ripping.
It wants to go north. We all know that FDA news is coming kinda soon.
They list next Tuesday instead of Monday on the ADX due to a UAE National Day.
Nice find.
I trust Manuf Ali and Bijan Alizadeh decisions. They cofounded what we consider the Phoenix Group. In this article Bijan Alizadeh explains their philosophy and anything crypto business related. So whoever one of those 2 appoint CEO will get my support. If you do some simple dd here you will understand the excitement here. I am not going worry about them identifying talent and being involved and supporting their project. I believe Manuf Ali is a billionaire due to his successful business acumen and leadership. Why would I worry about an appointment of his at CEO? https://www.entrepreneur.com/en-ae/growth-strategies/future-foresight-phoenix-group-co-founder-bijan-alizadeh/442579
Option number 3. Trust Laster’s experience, savy, and support.
I don’t think you do. It’s pretty simple. You can go with Manuf Ali and Phoenix Groups current choice with their experience, savy, and support. Or you can go with that Destin guy who post on twitter’s exepriece, savy, and support.
Because Manuf Ali and the Phoenix Group are proactive, involved, supportive, consultative, experienced, and savvy. They know the rules, play between the lines, and do the right things. Oversight is Manuf’s and the Phoenix Group’s job. They select the CEO, provide the CEO with support and guidance, and to hold the CEO accountable. There are the authority shareholders, they have the ultimate say in how the company is run. The board of directors and Manuf Ali appoints the CEO and can remove him from office.
