The only reasonable conclusion one can make from GS's failure to find a deal for any of his shells is that there is NO interest from any remotely legitimate company in being a part of a RM/acquisition with GS. Time to be realistic - GS badly messed up GVSI and there is never going to be interest here. Maybe if he can ever finish the litigation on WNFT he can find some company to work with. The real puzzle is SRNW; there have been no real issues there and it's been ready for quite awhile - yet no RM/Acquisition. At this point, how can you not question GS's business acumen and simply view HMBL as his "lucky break" (to quote Paul; McCartney).

What makes you so certain there will be a decision next week in the Calasse/WNFT case? Just because George said we should know in 60 days doesn't mean we will know in 60 days. George has been wrong in the past (most times) about timelines.

It can no longer be called a "bash attack" after the way Sharp has mishandled both GVSI & WNFT (not to mention his inability to get any type of deal on his one clean shell - SRNW). Sooner or later you have to stop calling it a "bash attack" and view it just as "the truth!"

Can't argue with that. So to be clear, I think history tells us that Sharp will NOT get anything of substance done on GVSI. He'll either allow it to wither away, or will find a tiny, meaningless acquisition/RM that might give you a very brief blip upward, but for those who can't sell immediately on the blip, it'll fall back below it's current levels. A wise person once told me "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!" Sharp is no longer to blame for lost money here - those who buy this ticker are to blame.

Ok - I'll entertain your post: what is it that you think is actually going to happen in 6 - 12 months that will make us all "happy?" Sharp lost all credibility based on his handling of both this ticker and WNFT. What real business would ever entertain a RM/acquisition involving Sharp and GVSI? I can see how MAYBE Sharp could pull a rabbit out of his hat on SRNW or even WNFT (if that appeal garbage ever ends), but GVSI has been riddled with fatal flaws both dating back to prior to Sharp's involvement and the blunders that Sharp has done with it since he took over.

So then you're agreeing the actual "investment" here (and WNFT/SRNW) is a scam - you just like it for a quick pump and dump? There's no shame in that, but I'm just saying anyone who's investing here because they think Sharp is going to get an actual valuable asset to merge into GVSI, WNFT or SRNW is going to be sorely disappointed. If they're just buying low and plan to sell on the first brief run up, then I agree, they might make a little bit of money.

I haven't looked here in quite awhile. I was once duped into believing that Sharp actually intended to find real assets for a reverse merger/acquisition with GVSI (and WNFT, SRNW, etc.). However, most of us here saw first hand the fiasco of the "blockchain deal" that was going to happen in the Spring of 2024. We all saw how Sharp refused to simply cut a deal with Calasse on the WNFT reverse merger that was supposed to happen 1 to 2 years ago. Instead of protecting his shareholders by cutting a deal on the shares and proceeding with the RM, he chose to litigate with Calasse for an extended period of time to the detriment of his investors (assuming there ever really was a RM waiting in the wings). With SRNW he's had a shell with no issues that anyone can perceive that's been ready for a deal for an extended period of time, yet Sharp can't find any deal for it. If you're still here chasing, I hope you're doing it for the entertainment - not for financial gain because aside from his lucking into the HMBL deal (that then became a joke for investors who stuck around - fortunately not me), everything he touches turns to garbage.

Couple what your saying with the way he handled the European audit for SRNW and the apparent peanuts LOI/acquisition for GVSI and I had to reach the same conclusion. Yes, the TSNP RM was a coup for anyone invested there, but it appears that TSNP was a really lucky anomaly for Sharp. Now, I'll stop piling on here. I've said enough. I hope Sharp pulls a rabbit out of his hat here with GVSI for those loyal investors who stayed the course. Not trying to convince anyone to do anything with this stock. Just expressing my experiences and frustration with Sharp tickers in the past 3 years.

As I said all along, it was purely gambling money here. Didn't invest anything more than I could comfortably afford to lose. Now, that doesn't mean that I like to lose money - just means that it isn't going to affect me in any measurable way. Sharp attacks those he calls pumpers on Twitter, but then has no explanation for his "promise land" tweet about WNFT; his tweet about the audit of the European company for SRNW, and then his ultimate "acquisition" here for GVSI being peanuts. So, what I'm telling you Hi_Lo (and also posted last month after the disastrous PR for GVSI) is that you were right. I said I'd be man enough to admit it here, and I did last month and again today.

Just figured I'd check back in here. Haven't been on this board since the Sharp debacle last month. You'll remember, I was the one who wanted to give Sharp the benefit of the doubt and thought the bashers had a personal agenda against him. But after last month, how can you guys still be supporting this stock. What has Sharp done in the last 3 years to deserve the benefit of the doubt?! His "promise land" tweet for WNFT (one of the more shameless pumps), his claim that they were auditing a European company for a RM with SRNW (that was never ever explained or addressed with shareholders - just dropped/ignored), his "Issue, Solution, and Good News" tweet in December of 2023 for GVSI that turned into just a 35% purchase (for $15 million) of an unnamed blockchain company that is valued at 44 million in total with nothing about the "second company" and only a non-binding LOI with the first company!! I mean how can you have any confidence that Sharp will get the $15 million in funding and that this unnamed blockchain company will be anything other than a complete joke!? Yes, I've changed my view here. Sharp has proven that he cannot be trusted or believed and that TSNP was an anomaly.

Gotta be a man of my word and admit that the Bashers were right all along. High risk/High Reward and the longs lose here it appears. Good luck to all.
