For some reason, I don't think you're really looking for an answer to that question, but rather putting it out there to support a position that the pps is artificially rising.
However, I'll humor you - You don't think the press release today/tomorrow will outline the path for GVSI to file the Form 10 and then file with FINRA? You don't think investors expect that the reason the deal is non-binding is because the incoming company is conditioning the deal on the Form 10 being successful and then FINRA authorizing corporate actions?????? Come one.
