Thanks for the response. Here is what I was looking for:
“I think that we'll see that Q2 will be significantly better than Q1 was and I would say that Q3 will be cash contributing and so we'll be back on positive side of EBITDAS by Q3.”
Sprague – Q1 Call
I will not be on the call and hope that someone on the call today will directly address this statement. Hopefully, congratsulating Wave in meeting guidance or gain an understanding how statements like this can be made and not met.
Other points I am interested in hearing about:
- Progress on Safend sales - Q1 call mentioned progress
- progress toward 50 million in 2012 rev
I am long and getting bigger at these prices.
Would 8.5m in Q2 rev make this move up?
Would someone be able to direct me to the transcript of the Q1 call? Thanks.
P.S.I am looking for specific comments from WAVE about future earnings, breakeven, cashflow positive, etc.
My apologies to all longs – I have just made another small purchase, which historically means the share price will fall.
Should we expect any revenues from safeend in this reporting period?
Does anyone hear know about Cisco's Bounderless network and if TPM are involved? Thanks
Thanks for psoting the link to Steven's interview.
Any word on a earning announcement date?
Thanks again,
Mike
Will this effect the wave esign product?
WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama has rejected a bill that the White House fears could worsen the mounting problems caused by flawed or misleading documents used by banks in home foreclosures.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Thursday that Obama is sending a newly passed bill back to Congress to be fixed because the current version has "unintended consequences on consumer protections." The bill would loosen the process for providing a notary's seal to documents and allow them to be done electronically.
Obama will not sign a bill that would allow foreclosure and other documents to be accepted among multiple states. Consumer advocates and state officials had argued the legislation would make it difficult for homeowners to challenge foreclosure documents prepared in other states...

Interesting - is Wave still a partner with EUROSMART? They are not listed on the Wave partner site.
Also - the url for wave partners is http://www.tvtonic.com/partners/partners.asp
interesting that wave has not updated this and removed tvtonic.

I just placed a Buy order. I have faith that this will be big. Yes I do get frustrated with the long timeline to waves eventual success. Comments made now about the lack of sp success should not be taken as short-term whining given the long history of this stock and lack of solid and sustain upward movement. We all could have taken our wave investment dollars and put them in any number of stocks in the late 2008 to early 2009 period and realized great success but we did not, and yes we are human non=professional (not brokers or MM) so we do get frustrated. We should be able to call out the wavx CEO on misplaced claims of short term success just as we should be allowed to offer praise when and if success, as the individual investor defines it.
I have been investing in this stock at a level comfortable to me since 1998. I unfortunately missed or failed to claim profits from past significant high sp due to bad judgment and being out of the market for a couple of months(as I should have been). I have a belief that we will see a big gain. And yes I want it now.
Thanks for listening.
Would some here know how many paying seats Wavx currently has, include PCW but not their potentail. Thanks Mike
A friend was telling me about a coworker who had their laptop stolen which was found by the companys IS group to be in europe. They did this through some type of tracking device, I guess once the stolen laptop was used on the internet. The IS department then asked if it was OK to wipe clean the laptop remotely - she yes so they did.
My question is: Is a technology that is related to Wave and if not was tech is it? The laptop was lenovo thinkpad.
Thanks Mike
Nice - did you notice who Cass is connected to:
from there web site:
BNY Mellon Shareowner Services
KPMG LLP
Armstrong Teasdale LLP
It makes sense that once one lead of a certern cirle or network of business partners starts using Wave most will have to follow.
Mike
Is it a reasonable guess that the WAVX auto maker was GM and Wavx partnered with HP it get in on the deal and the HP heads at WAVX are related to the auto/hp deal?
thanks
I was wonder if Juniper is partnering with WAVX wouldn't it make sense that Cisco would be or could? Am I off-base in this connection? Thanks
I am not sure if this was already posted but here it is:
HP and security: This does not call out wave or tpm but HP is promoting security and remote manageabilty features that let govt employees work more securely from virually any location.
www.hp.com/go/5hpgov
I believe i found the print ad in the may 2010 government technology pub.
Would someone be able to idenify the quarterly rev WAVX recieves for HP? Thanks Mike
First - Thanks to all my education and hopefully furure wealth.
Second - Wouldn't the revenue number from HP be pretty significant in terms of fully engaged TPM customers that want more then just the chip. These are customers that are asking for WAVX - so that would lead me to believe these are the guys who will be turning them on and really using them - which would lead to additional rev for WAVE. These are the hot leads for WAVX to pursue.
Is my thinking right or left?
Thanks Mike
HP arrangement is that they have the capacity to install Wave if they feel the
need to do so (e.g. a customer specifically requests Wave). HP has essentially
made it so they have all their options available.
The Gartner report mentioned the FIPS and CC certifications as strengthen in several competitors but a caution for Wave - since they missing.
Is this important and is wave pursueing them?
For what is is worth: I have emailed Dave Collins at Wave and he said that Mazda is not the company reffered to in the January 5th PR. He did not tell me the company the PR reffered to. That is Good News!
At the beginning of the presentation Steven used Boeing in an example. Are they a customer?
Wasn't that Enterprise sales not all sales?
Yes!
That is why we are here.
Soon: to be defined
How come such low volume on such great news?
Didn't the split reduce your total number of share not increase them? It was a reverse split.
This may be known to most on the board and a silly question but has Wave fully implemented trusted computing at Wave? Not just in certain areas of the company but 100% deployment. If they have then they can ask their partners to implement. Any insight would be helpful to this longtime but small investor. Thanks and looking forward buying dream house with this investment.
Mike
I am hoping someone here will be able to let me know if there is a direct WAVE connection to the Microsoft and Netflix announcement. If so, what is it?
If there is no direct connection is there a hope of a connection and if so what is it?
Thanks and sorry if this has already been addressed.
About me: long time very small investor, since 1998 and holding less then 3k shares, but size is relative.
