My Brokers listed above can not get my stock certificates nor the shares to exchange 1 for 1 in my trading accounts. I bought these shares on the open market at market price. This stock has been halted since 2005. We as shareholders have been getting the Run Around Sue for months. There are hundreds of other investors that are in a similar ordeal with this issue as you can see from the lawsuit.
I want this resolved as soon as possible. All I want are the new shares in my account.

I appreciate all the comments very much BUT we all can send a complaint to each of our states securities board...every state has one and we can all do our part to fight this MESS. This is what I have done for myself and IMO I think this would help.

In my complaint I stated what was going on with this stock....the issues with the counterfeits..the lawsuit against all of us... especially the short on this and that there wont be enough shares to go around. Also about the Brokers will not issue certs. These were the main parts. I stuck with the facts.

Ill post everything I get here in the open.

After listening to last nights debate and scanning some of the info avaiable, I made a few calls. Seems that a show cause for contempt was issued yesterday for Roger J Stelma. The show cause is related to a child support hearing that was scheduled yesterday. This is what a friend sent me in IM:i just called the kent co friend of the court and they said acca did not show up for court yesterday and a bench warrant has been issued for him for non-payment on child support. Well, I called the Clerk of Courts(616 632-5480) and she gave the above info. After that I checked the Sherriffs Office and he is not in the poky as of yet. Man, they are slow in Michigan! I have had emails back and forth with Mr Morrow...and after chewin hes butt out and the CEO about theyr LOI not being PRd and the fact that the stock is in the crapper last friday...come monday the CEO resigned and the pps slowed down its downhill roll. So will see....Makes me kinda wonder WHY Charlton Conine is still buyin ...whats he know that we dont?

i just dont understand why this COO is yankin shareholders around which is BS. When the Company they are dealin with is PR'ing the SatMax like they own it already...Going to email him again here in a bit.

well...i do know that EAGB just renewed theyr (CCR.gov) registration that makes them eligible for Government contracting. So theyr SatMax product should be worth something if theyr are vendors to the Government.

Eagle did not announce the LOI with Security Financing Services because it was a non-binding LOI. If it had been a “binding” Letter of Intent, then Eagle would have announced it. In this case, a deal might happen or it might not. If you think that SatMAX is such a valuable “asset base”, then I invite you to revisit the numbers of press releases over the past six months wherein we’ve announced SatMAX orders. At some point, if a third-party suggests making an offer for a product line which isn’t producing much revenue, it only makes sense to listen to the offer. We haven’t got an offer yet; just an agreement to explore the possibility of an offer.
