Very accurate! Thanks for the article.

We both know that this is an extremely speculative stock with a very unusual CEO...primary holdings should be with proven stocks and outstanding leadership....My experiences with Class Action Lawsuits is you get chump change, the lawyers get to buy a new high end car.
Hope you do OK financially! My best
Yeah, I read elsewhere to be wary of this even though the price has moved from $8 to $13....strange to think this is a "caveat emptor" situation!
Thanks, I'm just getting up today after my hellish last few days....I thought I would have shaken this off by now, but I'm certainly better than the last 2 days...sorry to see that the stock is getting beaten up so badly!
Hope so! Thanks!.....I have the chills right now, but I think I'm slowly getting better....my advice is wear a mask if you go to any hospital or place where people assemble...👍️
From what I have read both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's have had favorable responses! On Monday I was in the hospital for 10 hours for a procedure, but did NOT wear a mask, so I am suffering at home with some sort of bug. My wife, did and is well...both of my daughters were worried to death about my wife driving at night & I tried to direct her as best as possible....my vascular surgeon had to re-assign to another person because he was handling an emergency after I had been prepped since 10 am....procedure was eventually begun at 2:30 pm and accomplished at around 4:30 pm, then I had to lie on my back for 3 hours....got home around 8 pm....such is my luck!
You have to respect Maria for keeping promises at Annovis....data cleaned up and will apparently reveal next month (April)....keeping promises is a very good quality!
Don't feel bad, me too....but after that RSV shot I elected to have my immune system went crazy and I broke out with Oral Lichen Planus for which I am now slowly getting better from with a new treatment from my dermatologist....Tacrolimus.....swish and spit....apparently works better than other topical cortisteroids...which did not work
The word empathy that you mentioned is at the top of my wish list.
Chris Missling has options expiring on May 8th 2024 for 73,380 shs $1.32 as NDA's and the deadline for filing as lead plaintiff shortly after that May 13th, I believe. Then in 2025 he gets a whopping 500,000 shs which expire on April 2nd 2025. .92 cents!!!!...he's got lots more, but hopefully I can stick around for awhile to see that...ha ha
Kentucky: you are certainly correct on that!
I had a lower extremity angiogram done yesterday to my below the knee to feet....checked in at 10 am did not get out until 8pm....past my normal bedtime and my wife driving....my vascular doc had an emergency and had to assign to a different doctor who did a good job but lying on my back for 3 hours after a 2 hour procedure was tough to handle.....getting old is a problem and not fun!!!
FYI...the $XBI has at least bounced up from the support at the 50-day today,,,,might help a bit with $AVXL
Yes, Tom the trend is down and struggling here.
I note that the $XBI price flipped and is touching the 50 day, so that is potentially support (I was surprised about the sudden decline),,,$AVXL is not looking great for sure since the trend is still down.
Missling will have to show some favorable data if discovery comes....and he certainly will have to prove his conviction in still holding that away from investors at that point in this legal exercise....Man, I hate legals.
Price level and conviction volume will probably give more clarity as to direction...
Although most of the attention is given to 3-71 in this PR, I noted with interest that Missling is holding to a very positive wording pertain to 2-73; he seems extremely adamant about this and "Precision Medicine Platform", also having positive wording relating to RETT...seems to me that any legal challenges outstanding have a reduced chance of progressing at this point....Discovery is key, if it goes that far.
I read this PR as Missling being forced to be more "open with investors" and I come away with the feeling that this guy is sitting on more revelations in the future which all point to a good outcome!
From a quick technical look: RSI holding strong, MACD turned....and I agree with Kentucky about the Bollinger Band narrowing...I'm not sure of how many use the Ultimate Oscillator but it looks good to me...so I have not (yet) seen the OnBalanceVol improve yet, maybe soon.
Yeah, let's wait for Discovery and how Chris Missling at that point addresses things!
Just watching for now; the market seems less interested and the shorts are not really gaining big time....I'm glad that the settlement on trades will be changed to just 1 day on May 28th....hopefully, some day it will be immediate & put the mm's on notice about running a clean book and avoiding Reg Sho violations...ha ha
Thanks, but I will only monitor this board for any important developments....after the RETT child setback (which was really my initial goal), I'm less interested than before....as Investor has said: "the longer we wait, the sooner we get rich"....ain't that the truth! ha ha

I have purposely avoided posting lately and since I have a "Pacer Account" which I haven't used it in some years (I have promised myself not to engage in litigation stocks any longer) because of my age and lack of patience for such legals to play out..
.For those interested: you are able to gain access to Pacer for free...but should you decide to print out pages there is a minimal allowance of how many, then a charge for additional pages....I choose to wait to see how this class action shakes out in the near future (whether dropped or not) .
CEO, Chris Missling will be forced to do what he does NOT want to do if they get a large lead investor to join in this!
Wish I would be able to follow, Jim....but I know of your background and history....gimme the bottom line for someone like myself==
Potential double bottom might be similar to the December low, but trend is still down
PS there are technical reasons here such as the RSI signalling a positive divergence, lighter volume on this re-test of that low

I, too, certainly remember you and how long you have been in MDGL (quite some years)....congratulations on picking exceptional winners!
ddutta
Thanks for your well wishes and we did pretty well on IDCC....I remember it, but have to acknowledge and thank others who pointed it out to me, I just liked it!
I have had some great winners along with some losers! ... learned to stick with some big names but still enjoy some spec stocks, too!
My list is never over 8-10 stocks at a time....but my favs are still HD, MCD, COST, and naturally still MS (my old company...let's hope the new guy (Ted Pick) can bring back success after being placed in control from Gorman stepping back. ..I was with the John Mack crew...so long ago.
Kiwi:
I agree when it first shot up in price I was congratulating you and others on the nice price advance, then it dropped like a hot knife through butter only to recover and surge to record levels!!
....not sure why the painful down spike occurred, but the out of the normal surging advance even with other competitors still there does suggest a positive outcome.
I never owned, my bad.

Thanks, glad that you faired well...
I have a lot of medical conditions that should have been weighed properly by me, so I will now be very careful...I have an incurable cancer (Splenic NHL now in remission), Diabetes (in manageable condition...A1c of 6.2)....but do have RA, PAD, Diabetic Neuropathy, Sjogren's, abdominal stents after vascular surgery to lower extremities, L4/L5 back surgery....so at age 79, just enjoy seeing our two daughters's family and 3 grand kids all at the same university....the oldest is a senior and captain of her swim team and our two twin grandchildren enjoying their freshman year and love their sorority events and friendships.
It's life's ending struggle...ha ha

Yes, thanks!
I am probably just bitter because of the effect of this on my body; I was witnessing the promotion of RSV just as COVID vaccinations were fading!
My wife decided not to get the COVID shot or the RSV shot. after she saw how I reacted...
I received the RSV first (Sept) and then about a month later in Oct had both the Flu shot and Covid booster even though my problems persisted...boy oh boy!
vinmantoo
Thanks!
I only posted because of the latest medical alerts coming out; never had any of my doctors mentioning it so I thought I would mention it on this message board.
My oldest daughter (54) is taking hydroxychloroquine for her Lupus and I will be seeing various doctors in March for follow ups to my ailments all pointing to similar and related problems...
My immune system "blew up" after RSV shot
September to now still dealing with it! Could hardly walk, then developed Oral Lichen Planus (still)....terrible aches and pains...if you have serious medical conditions, I would certainly be careful...all of my doctors have finally read what I have shown them after my research; and I think I do have GBS.....don't post much, but I would suggest that these revenue efforts by Big Pharma are to replace lost or reduced income from COVID shot income.
BTW, I am using Tacrolimus (5ml to 500 ml distilled water) ....swish and spit with some improvement to date...this is for my OLP....
Still extremely slow! Need to try later.....sorry about that!
Earnings were a shocker, Kiwi....I never bought back in....my bad........Steve
Investor2014:
We do need PROOF....so far nothing is evident to that effect!
I guess I best quit posting until we see and hear of some progress; maybe I'll get a few and various "emoji's" as I step away...
😞
Mrplmer
I agree with you & I believe I was the only one to give you a thumbs up to your answer to someone other poster at that time that $4.90 was a potential double bottom (still remains) and a very logical deduction, too!
The breakdown below the 6 prior lows made it look very possible to target $4.90...I agree with your thoughts on support and resistance, they are important but certainly slap people around when they don't hold (my bad)
This is the 6th drop to the prior low area (appx $5.75 plus or minus)....which reflects approximately 20 days of trading (or about 1 month)....so far the RSI has not dropped to a new low, the MACD is marginal.....the volume is going OK.....the morale here is at a low point & I am just watching another day of trading. Look for a buying spree late in the day or I am wrong! 🤔
D-Mike
The sharp break in price from a wonderful uptrend ending around $10 to around $5.75 should at least point to some doubt and certainly points to the nonsense that you and a few others have indicated with the ridicule of emoj's instead of at least acknowledging that the price did indicate some disappointment on RETT and the lack of any way overdue "updates" on prior programs....I am about finished with this one sided board, not willing to discuss things with an objective view.
I'm stunned that you totally ignored that and many others, too! My weakness is a lack of knowledge of the science, but I do get the gist of it.
Dr. Jin seems to have the respect needed to sway some of the foolish attempts of Chris Missling to "surprise the market" Maybe Feb. 7th will?
I am still thinking we are working on a bottom, but I am not as cock sure as some....
The market will humble most at some point.
No, I have spoken with people who use the Ichimoko Cloud since it shows the support and resistance levels with those various mountains....but, let's face it I'm just going to use what I have been using as tools...and, for me, typical support and resistance are fairly clear on charts...I have a few system patterns that pop up here and there which I consider...Elliott Wave, Tom DeMark and standard charting which I now only require eyeballing it!
I never own a lot of stocks now, just a max of 8 or 10 which are mostly well known companies and are visible on the various tapes on CNBC, Fox Business, or Bloomberg...I do use Twitter ("X") and have people that are well respected that I follow.

Missling has openly stated that he was not willing to go it alone pertaining to Alzheimer's Disease. So here we are, don't you agree with that?
At the time, he most likely assumed that RETT Excellence Trial would be outstanding & would make this a process that would show any corporate collaboration much easier to accomplish since we would have a solid income.
I think most here now think that our platform is somewhat more distant than it is at this moment and somewhat in doubt...
Tom:
The chart displays the fact that we have established a trading range with support and resistance...anyone denying that is really stubborn and can't even acknowledge that fact....we have no news, so we are chopping around. I agree with your support and resistance levels and we do need to break either higher or lower & at some point soon it will be the case. Naturally, volume will come into play.
Being "an investor" is comical since the long term trend for the several years I have been following this has been down.
I'm not sure about how the science will come out, but so far there is no corporation with staying power who have expressed a current interest in buying us out or even collaborating even with the lower risk of doing a Contingent Value Right (CVR) which offers us potential and lets the acquiring corporation "off the hook" if it doesn't work out...
I believe we've seen enough of "be an investor" from $20 and below!!!
I'm with you. even if we differ from time to time! Steve
George:
I know that you have mentioned Roche as being interested, I saw this today:

I thought you guys might enjoy this observation:
I saw this earlier today: from the October 27, 2023 LOW there were 5 big red candle days and each one of them provided a "False Breakdown"...since each one established the low and went on each time to a new HIGH....this was noticed in the $SPX and S&P Futures....

Here is a link which might work better visually....a 3 year monthly which shows the Bollinger channel sitting on the low end:

Ha ha.....my 21 cousins all live in the Buffalo area and Cleveland....I think we'll both be gone before that happens...some of them are quite younger than me so maybe they'll be so lucky.
My observation from your chart....notice that both the RSI and CCI are putting in a strong counter to breakdown (up to this point)....price level on the stock is appx the same as when the stock traded in this low area with multiple attempts to breakdown, so I see this as a positive divergence... 5 prior low hits and 1 more now.
There was a big volume spike on the negative reaction to RETT news, actually a climax followed by 5 additional attempts to break this baby down & one fractional low to 5.75....I guess I have to say the stock does not look exciting but I think we have to acknowledge the prior lows as support, too!
You guys have been in this stock for many years, so you understand its behavior better than I do, so this post is just an observation not a forecast.
What a journey, I've only been here since 2021....it's been downhill, with just a few respite rallies!
