What I should have said was shares of the prospective Inpixon & XTI Aircraft merged company XTI Aerospace. XERI is alleging in its complaint, from what I could glean by reading the 86 pages, that Maxim and Inpixon through tortious interference induced XTI to violate the JV. If XTI Aircraft ceases to exist there would be value in the merged company of which is assumedly well funded.

It is a simple assumption on my part. XTI has zero cash and the only likely asset they hold is INPX stock. INPX, its board and Maximum do not need the press and assumedly pushed XTI into a negotiated settlement. I am comfortable asserting my opinion again that XERI and its shareholders will see value by its stock increasing. Only time will tell.

Review the evidence? There has not been any subpoenas issued, discovery or deposition. Your over your skis whopper snapper. Your penance for your ignorance of the law is to watch 3 Good Fellas 3 and 2 God Fathers and then have your mamaluke suckle on your stunad. You do not file a complaint and subject yourself to possible criminal actions by the court, if you do not have a plausible and legitimate claim. I predict a settlement with cash and Inpixon stock options. This alone will move the needle north.

WOW! Read the 86 page complaint and corresponding documents. Very compelling arguments made of which may in fact produce a substantial settlement agreement in favor of Xeriant. XTI's counsel, in agreement with Xeriant's Counsel have agreed to "An extension of time is necessary in order to allow time for the parties to explore a possible resolution of this matter." This is very good news for XERI Shareholders.

I truly cannot believe what I am watching. This is by far one of the worst presentations I have ever seen. They are not only showing the products they claim to represent. Very disappointed and will be exiting this investment as I am sure many other will be as well.

It will jump again within 1 year at which point all the bag holders will be selling like mad to recoup, if your lucky, 10% of your initial investment.
