I am not sure where I stand on this one yet. Has anyone reached out to the Maxim Group for comment/ validation?

Nothing in their News & Press section, which in and of itself is not uncommon with an LOI. The moment they validate the relationship between XERI, XTI and themselves on their website, this stock will fly. Pun intended. If not, glide, crash, burn...
