Some folks may be wondering where I've disappeared to, as I have not posted publicly here since late last week.
Well, some issues have weighed on my mind lately. When the SEC complaint against the founder of IHUB, Matt Brown, was made public, I was surprised. I was also interested in knowing more about the allegations.
The more I dug, the more I found that made me believe the case the SEC has made is strong, and the roots of the allegations run deep not only in IHUB but also SI.
The clincher for me was the public backing of Matt by the ADVFN CEO, Clem. He has not only suggested the SEC complaint is a "personal matter," he has also allowed Matt to continue in his role as overlord of IHUB, while under indictment, without being suspended by ADVFN.
If these SEC allegations prove to be true, ADVFN will have allowed a perpetrator of securities fraud to operate a site that was used to facilitate such fruad after the person was cited for such actions.
This was too much for me. I cannot in good conscience be a willing party to a site that condones such actions. I have made a decision to refrain from posting on IHUB until such point as ADVFN is divested of the IHUB and SI properties or the perpetrators named in the SEC complaint are cleared of any and all allegations.
Until that time, I will not be posting publicly on Investors Hub or Silicon Investor.
What am I missing? If this was a sure thing, why wouldn't it be at $15 today?
I just did a minute ago. Lots of links there.
Here's the post again, Newly. I put it up and they did keep it here.
They said they just didn't want it anywhere else on IHUB but this thread. Containment, I guess:

If I ever lose my sense of taste I will probably freak out, as that's an early Alzheimer's sign.
I've had some serious concussions in my days, which also puts me at risk. With one I was out for about 90-minutes. With another I went temporarily blind. I've had a few others as well.

Zeev was a member of the Board at Room Temperature Superconductors Inc. (RTS) until his demise. He is sorely missed.
If anyone has questions about Chava, which is acquiring assets of both RTS and its parent firm, Magnetic Power Inc., feel free to contact me.
The Ultraconductor(tm) development program is winding back up again after a hiatus due to a lack of funding.

All RTS and MPI investors will receive shares in Chava, with no need for additional investment.
A letter explaining the changes will go out in the not-too-distant future, once a pending major investment begins to reach our bank.

The dot.com crash ended most funding for companies without revenues.
In the case of RTS the work wound down to a halt about three years ago and is just at the earliest stages of winding back up.
MPI continued with about 5% of the needed funding.
So there has been no liquidity event to date.
However, Chava expects to produce several IPOs over the next few years.
MagGen(tm) will provide 24/7 electric power. One kW generators are presently expected to enter the market about the middle of next year. Modules can be combined to power homes. The present business model involves a charge of half the utility electric bill.
Self Powered Internal Combustion Engines SPICE(tm) will initially be aimed at powering hybrid cars. No fuel required.
Scientists ans engineers will doubt any of this is possible until validated by Independent Labs. That is part of the program.
See www.chavaenergy.com for more information.
Yeah, heading in that direction little by little.
Try making the Trannie chart look bullish. The trannies lead.
I'm kind of limiting my thoughts posted on IHUB right now, y2kate.
I really don't know. Demand is down because trade surpluses are down for one thing.
EOMDP. EOM.
We're going down once the EOM Dow play is done.
Well, technicians already know it's going to 4.1%.
Not anymore, the bond market closed about half an hour ago.
The TNX is going to 4.1% regardless on technicals alone.
Wow, I hadn't thought of that one, LG.
This is getting creepier by the hour here.
BTW, Mark Goldes, the pretige that comes with becoming an IHUB member ought to assist in your drive to attain funding for Chava Energy.
Dropping names like Pawel P. Dynkowski, Matthew W. Brown, Jacob Canceli, Gerard J. D’Amaro, Joseph Mangiapane Jr., Nathan M. Michaud, Marc J. Riviello and Adam S. Rosengar will certainly pay dividends for you as you meet with prospective investors.
In fact, I'm sure a simple Google search will bring all of you up together, making it clear you and your company are connected with investors with a track record of success in their pursuits.
Mark, welcome to this thread. You know, Matt, the creator of IHUB, welcomed Zeev here back in 2002. Zeev worked hard to promote ROOTS with some assistance from Matt.
I should hook you up with Matt. He's always shown interest in new technologies and up and coming companies with no revenues but a great story. You guys may have a lot in common.

Goldes is quite the creative scammer.
It looks as though Chava energy has some venture capital money behind them. It appears they are attempting to leverage what appears to be a dead-end technology and turn it into gold.
Here's a link with info on ROOTS:

Room Temperature Superconductors was the name, or ROOTS for short.
I still have the PM from Zeev.
Room Temperature Superconductors was the name, or ROOTS for short.
I still have the PM from Zeev.
Matt also allowed Zeev to solicit IHUB members via PM. He solicited folks for investments in a superconductor company and was asking for $25k to $100k, a clear violation of policy on IHUB and SI.
Zeev got in trouble on SI for doing it. IHUB never did a thing, and my guess is it was an implied benefit of him moving here.
I liked Zeev, but he did not move here just to help his charity. Let's be real. I could send you one of those solicitations I got from Zeev if you need proof.
OJ, I guess our ethics are just different enough that what may bother me does not bother you.
This does not surprise me one bit.
Basically because Matt paid him.
I am about at the end of my rope with this site.
Zeev should be turning over in his grave right now.
Matt assured me these posts would not be deleted, but they were anyways. If we can't take Matt at his word.....

Obviously you don't read this board. You only come here to pump your penny stock.

Clem, I've found some information regarding Matt on these boards you may or may not be aware of:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38138742
Frankly, in light of the recent events, I really believe the only way you could salvage IHUB and SI would be to shut both down and migrate them to a re-branded site.
It's ironic that the company who owns IHUB could be considered a penny stock itself. From what I can see your burn rate is about 200,000 Pounds a year at ADVFN, and this debacle at IHUB will likely add to that burn.
It absolutely astonishes me that Matt is named in an SEC complaint but is not suspended from posting, much less suspended from work! It tells us a lot of ADVFN that you are making light of these serious allegations.
