what a bunch of BS!!!!!!!!!!! there are a ton of pinks out there promising the world on their web pages, let alone owning nothing, and they're investigating pics on a web page?! hey Big Bucks, take some of your cash and send em all a box of crayolas and coloring books!
His socks were orange!
like i've always said, I've got my seat reserved in this game of musical chairs

0048 on the ask
0048 on the ask
make sure every share you own is up for sale! your own broker will short your own shares against you if they are not "spoken" for if not in a cash account. put em up for a buck, and maybe get lucky hoping that some clown hits market
I agree. look at the chart every time LLEG has established a base, it doubles

no kidding huh! my grass is nice and green and tall. i feel like im in the ray bradbury short story "the day the sun came out"
this isnt news,,,,, yet, this is just a tweet. when the approval is made public by the PUC then it'll be news. this is just some AH trying to scare up some cheap shares
i like that, "risk a finding of attempting to defraud the commission"............. some just dont get it and I would be be giddy with excitement if, after the approval, a suit was filed to recoup legal expenses plus damages
thats ok. once its submitted to the PUC it'll be looked at , laughed at, and he'll be bitch slapped, again!
remember he who represents himself as an attorney, has a fool for a client
Gimme a break this stock is a POS! PK has phucked his share holders and will continue to due so. he had the opportunity for this company but as you can see, he swallowed the profits
keep in mind spence is at 100% on his predictions over the past 4 years, 100% wrong!!!! virtually every state in the country has a discounted electricity supplier. you just buy the juice and pray that power never goes out, because when it does the cash register starts a ringing, since they don't supply the services like pole repair, downed lines etc.
there needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this "Billion" dollar company and that lying fat ass at the helm.
those words were carefully chosen, as any good attny would do, when filing an objection.
i musta been nappin that day
unfortunately the mkts are closed tomorrow so no trading and would could get news out of the PUC
sarcasm is good. it keeps you on you toes. I like it even more when it come from an attny;

PUC grants Laidlaw conditional approval on PPA

CONCORD – The N.H. Public Utilities Commission late yesterday afternoon issued granted conditional approval to a proposed purchase power agreement between Public Service of N.H. and Laidlaw Berlin BioPower/Berlin Station.
The PUC said it found the agreement as filed not in the public’s interest. It noted the PPA could cost as much at $2 billion over its 20 year term.
But the agency said it “would, however, approve a modified PPA complying with certain conditions that mitigate risk to PSNH’s default service customers and reduce total payments to approximately $1.3 billion over the term of the PPA”.
get the word out. paste the newspaper link with your post here; http://www.berlindailysun.com/ hit the other boards

Acquires power plant
NEW YORK — Laidlaw Energy Group, Inc. has acquired control of the power plant located at the former Polaroid manufacturing facility in New Bedford.
The power plant is currently operational and serves the thermal energy needs of the existing tenants at the facility. Laidlaw plans to continue operating the plant as currently configured while taking the necessary steps to modernize in order to substantially increase the plant's thermal efficiency and add an electric generation component to create a combined heat and power project. The hope is that the upgrades to the plant will attract additional tenants to the site and ultimately create a green energy park. There are also neighboring businesses in the industrial park where the plant is situated that may be able to benefit from the excess output of Laidlaw's plant.
Laidlaw Energy, headsquartered in New York, is engaged in the development of independent power plants that generate electricity from renewable resources, with a particular emphasis on biomass power and combined heat and power projects. For more information, visit www.LaidlawEnergy.com.
