Awesome news just came in yesterday! As I understand their members/workers will get to buy shares and the shares are restricted so they can't sell them before 1 year. That's why they emphasized on LONG HAUL.
FTRK official statement:
and you will also find Form-4 there.GOV files Form 4 to report distribution of its $FTRK shares to its members. No sale. On behalf of ALL GOV members, we are in this for the LONG HAUL. See filing >> https://t.co/pSc6RofOe0

Does anyone know what's the original source of this DD screenshot/article, except the twitter post?

Still here. Silently waiting. Patience is the key.
Very glad that I can add some more under 0.01
If there's a panic sell, then I'm more than happy to buy those shares :)
Quality business takes time and when we are talking about Moody & DeNunzio then it's all about quality.
Also I take it really as a positive sign that it is not an overhyped stock at the moment. The pumpers will probably pick it up when the official merger name and revenue are out.
I'm definitely buying the dip on monday, as I was out all day playing golf.
Good luck to all!
Can someone make a sticky from recent updates? Thanks.
Hi guys, is it possible for anyone to update the share structure?
Sorry for my stupid questions. New in ihub and trying to wrap my head around to the 04.06.2021 10-Q. It states:
"After the amendment, total authorized shares were 700,000,000, 500,000,000 common shares and 200,000,000 preferred shares, both with a par value of $.0001.
On March 3, 2021, 1,000,000 common shares of the Company held and owned by Flint Consulting Services, LLC were cancelled and returned to the treasury of the Company. This action resulted in no shares issued and outstanding."
Someone stated that the float is around 30 mil. So there's 470 mil restricted shares? Where could i find the information about the number of restricted shares?
Also, how common is it for mergers to change the share structures? And at what point in the process they usually do it?
Thank You!
Is anyone using Interactive Brokers? My IB app can't find TNMD.
I'm very curious to put in a big investment, but I haven't seen any real product or how the CEO plans to achieve such product. It's hard to buy just talk without any details.
Or is there somekind of a plan somewhere which I haven't seen so far?
For all i know, even the webpage http://www.bdgrnewco.com/ on the otcmarkets doesn't work. Mr Vakser, how are you going to be in the digital business (NFT, crypto) if you even can't keep your webpage updated?
Thank you for your reply. About MMs - the only context that I've stumbled on related to MM's has always been negative (manipulating prices), but that's also a good point, that they provide liquidity. Some people blame algos. Are algos same as MMs? MMs use algos? Just read an article about Jane Street.
Found the Level 2 market data in ihub now. Thanks. I think I will have to subscribe to that at some point. I'm using IB atm.
Still new to ihub. I like this place.
Found some broker-dealers, which are holding BLPG in their current security list. Are these the so called MM's?
See yourself:

Also, is it good or is it bad? And where could I see BLPG bids?
BLPG 10-K filing in the end of December 2020, can anyone explain that? Thanks.
Thanks, these explanations seem reasonable.
Hi guys,
new one here. Caught the news about BLPG last week and been in the BLPG rabbithole since. Reading all your posts here etc. Thank you all very much for the information, research and opinons. It's always great to hear both sides and different perspectives.
The questions that popped up to me:
1. Is the Hypur solution (payment app etc) any good? I tried to search Hypur app in Google appstore and didn't find it. Maybe it is because i'm in Europe? I've read some posts on reddit that the app sucks. I believe that if the scenario BLPG and Hypur RM is true, then the future success of the stock will depend how good is the actual product.
2. What are the chances that the shares will be diluated in this year? If the future OS is around 8 mil, then isn't it a sign that the company would diluate shares?
3. What are competitors doing? I only found that the biggest competitor is CanPay?
What I also found out - BLPG is doing fine, showing slow growth every year. Although they have debt, it is decreasing. The business seems to go slowly up.
The RM scenario seems probable. The Visa scenario has also good points - seems logical that Visa would buy a working payment solution. The question is - would the Hypur developed solutions be good enough for Visa? Or would they buy on other motives?
Kind Regards
