We are completely screwed. Look back to Dr. Manideep's track record. Involved with or connected to people from multiple scam shells...IMO.... Mycotopia, Ehave, Life Clips, Belfrics, Cognitive Apps, Leap Charger, etc. They all use same attorneys, same PR contacts, all rub shoulders with like minded people and companies that never seem to accomplish anything but great websites/landing pages and fun press releases or text messages full of lies. And the most common outcome of their dream companies is to endup delisted for failing to report after huge price swings. And nothing happens to these people. Rinse and repeat. This OTC market is done, so long as the regulators allow this behavior. Done!!! No way it should be this easy to scam people using publicly traded stocks. Outrageous. I get more and more pissed everyday that I see this crap continue. We will get answers. These people are vultures.
Just like LCLP, TPIA, EHVVF,...
How can we believe these executives are honestly pursuing business objectives, when history shows they repeatedly pump and dump and only make the appearance of legitimate businesses, until the press releases are turned off like clockwork, or in this case, fake text messages. I will be very suprised if we ever get legitimately audited financials. Let them get away with it over and over again!!! Billions of losses to scams every year, and nothing. The WTO tracks the fraud, but does NOTHING to provide confidence to investors. But thats because only small retail investors are getting screwed. Nobody cares. The American working class people especially, are transferring the little wealth they have to people like Praveen, without recourse. Because the system is corrupt and failing, and the middle-class is being plundered on the way down. Get pissed off and do something. All my opinion. There will be no financial freedom for the poor when the ladders to potential financial independence are being pulled up by those on top in a fixed scheme. This is intentional, they know. The regulators and enforcement agencies only do political investigations these days. So, unless you know a compromised sex offender type politician that you can blackmail into doing something, this is just how it works now.
There's a petition on Stockwits, people should sign it. And report to the FBI, DOJ, your local law enforcement, the SEC, etc. At least sign the petition.
I don't want management to know who I am, or where I live, because I believe they are a criminal enterprise. I prefer not speaking with them. If they did intentionally close access to the website during an active SEC subpoena, which they ignored, I would suggest this is more in line with criminal obstruction, or an attempt to hide evidence. This is my theory, anyway. I have all the right to speculate what happened to my money. They probably really don't want the Cognitive App Solution PRs up there that mention an FDA 510K, that they either never filed, or failed to inform investors of the rejection letter they may have received. There is no other outcomes possible in regard to the 510K filings. I know well how the process works, and there should have been a slew of updates about it, had the filing been legit.
The Lifeclips.com website is now password protected. I hope this is because the FBI has seized it as evidence. Hopefully assets are being seized as well, so maybe some victims can get something back. These people lied about basically everything. IMO. I wish I understood this before losing tens of thousands of dollars. LCCN investors are feeling it too. Count on Praveen and attorney to ignore the SEC on that ticker too. If the SEC or other agency doesn't stop these people, the only option is to file suit against the federal agencies for negligence. Because this crap is out of control.
The conveniently anonymous text messages suggesting people sell other stocks and buy this one must have stopped.
Need to report these people. There is big whistleblower money the SEC offers. You can collect 25% of funds seized or assets seized. Report to FBI tip line, or the WTO has similar tip lines available. Scumbags like these are numerous, the regulatory relies on public tips. Also, the Lifeclips webpage is locked out now, you need to be an admin to view that website now. Take the time to report. Screw these pricks! It's unbelievable, I was a LCLP bull for a while, stuck with millions of useless shares now. Extremely pissed.
Remember Life Clips, Inc.? LCLP. The last "successful" business that these people were part of? Remember how there were huge updates every week? PRs about new offices in Mexico, new crypto coins added, new markets, new partnership announcements, announcement of dividends, the huge Indian government healthcare blockchain partnership, the spin-off, ... on and on with huge news for about two years. What happened? The time to file audited and proper unconsolidated financials happened. And they stopped all of the huge and ambitious plans and continous press releases, they reversed the acquisition and ran off with my money. Belfrics group was advertised as having over $1,000,000,000 in revenue, and now that company doesn't seem to exist. It was all bs. It was all forward looking statements, and fluff. Based on their track record, and lies, we can only assume the same here. The nerve of these POSs, immediately flipping another shell. Not very smart. Not very smart, at all. You greedy arrogant turds. In my opinion, this is a criminal enterprise that is fixing to bend shareholders over, but hopefully this will be the last time. Goodness gracious!!! Despicable. Scumbags, shameful. The way that these executives handled Life Clips, hints at what their intentions are here and hopefully will be used against them in a criminal trial in the future. They should've stooped while they were ahead. My post has more factual statements than every PR these clowns have ever fabricated. And what the hell is a Chief Innovation Consultant? You don't give consultants executive titles.
You know, pump and dump schemes are hard to prosecute because it is hard to prove the "intent" of the officers. One thing that helps prove an individual's intent is their prior behavior, and especially if the individual shows a history of the same behavior. This will all come back around for these pricks, they think they know how to walk that narrow line between executive ignorance and criminal willingness. They will stumble over the line soon. IMO. And I can't wait.
You should report that. Just a thought. Seems like a text trying to appear like it was sent in error, because if was sent to you on purpose, it would be an unsolicited security advertisement recommending that you purchse this stock. Which, is illegal. Just my opinion.
Don't worry dummies, management will just ignore SEC orders and allow revocation when the time comes. Just like their former hustle with Life Clips, Inc., when the same management and attorney of this scam company refused to respond to the SECs procedures and disappeared into the night. Only, they didn't disappear, unfortunately, they just moved to the next project, which is an "Industry Leader", after only a few months of "operations". Un------f88ckin% believable. IMO, my opinion.
The new Tesla? A random text message says, leaking a hot opportunity. Classic. $10 target? Hahahahaa.
Tesla was formed in 2003, they revealed the first roadster prototype in 2006 with substantial capital expenses and dilution. Than, only made it to the finish line with a near $500M loan from the Energy Department. And then had their IPO to raise another $200M.
LeapCharger was formed twenty minutes ago, and in three months, they already have not one but two prototype designs finished. Hahahahahahaaa. Haaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
People on stockwits are delusional.
Praveen and his lawyer Jonathan Lienward didn't even bother with answering to the SEC and shareholders about their previous work at LCLP. That was only like twenty minutes ago, and these C&%#s have already started the next one. Hahahhaaa.
https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/opinions/2023/34-98911.pdf
Why didn't they take pictures of the first charging stations they installed in Dubai? Seems like a huge milestone, and it seems like they would want to share some photos of such a major milestone. Such huge aspirations with this company. Forgive me for casting doubt, but in my opinion, Praveen is a POS. Why has Belfrics Groups, one of Praveen's previous endeavors, not had a single press release or announcement of new offices opening. Simple, that pump is dead. We were told that we were opening derivatives markets in Mexico, and that we had over $1B in transactions on the exchange and there were constant updates, until they pulled the rug suddenly. And they said the auditor they picked didn't have experience with crypto, and so financial audits couldn't be reported.
Executives are allowed to have huge failures, and investors that got burned are allowed to talk trash as well. And I am allowed to form the personal opinion that his failures are intentional, and say that investors here should be very, VERY skeptical based on his record.
LCLP former Director is now at LCCN running a new pump&dump, this time using text messaging to lure investors. IMO. Look for yourself. They pick shells in highly competitive emerging markets so when they fail, they have excuses for their victims. Law enforcement is completely corrupt, or maybe not enough investors of Life Clips REPORTED THE BEHAVIOR OF THESE EXECUTIVES. Maybe we should do whats right and report our experiences to the SEC, FBI, DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, your lawmakers, the IRS, etc. And maybe these scams will be stopped. These motherF#*%KERS never intended on delivering value to customers or investors. They never created any IP with the camera biz, they didn't create any value with Cognitive Apps, they didn't create any value in the blockchain pivot. This entire experience just reminds me how screwed the entire system is. How can they keep doing this over and over again?
What are the chances that a "broker" trying to text their clients tips would accidentally text hundreds of wrong numbers with a hot tip to buy this??? ZERO, zero chance of that being coincidence. Don't let the dollar amount fool you, this is still a penny stock kids.
Hahahahahahahahaa!!!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA!!!
It indicates something for sure, and it ain't that this is the "next tesla".
What a joke. What a dumb game.
Oh, Mr. Praveen Kumar. Wow, remember your widely successful blockchain company that you used to pump Life Clips, Inc and dump your LCLP shares from the CogApps merger, yeah that huge crypto exchange firm that you are (were) CEO of... Belfrics group must not need any of your attention anymore if you have time to run a brandnew company in the emerging technology of EV batteries. Wow. How do you find the time to create so many successful businesses back to back like this? Wow. Disgraceful!! A billion dollars gained by lies isn't worth a dollar earned by honest hard work. Your money is cursed you dip%@!its! In my opinion. As all my statements are based on my personal experience and opinions. People can look into the details. Run on for a long time, as Johnny Cash said. This shit cannot continue for ever.
The walls are closing in on these scumbag d-bag lying ass pricks. No wonder we have not had a statement from management, LCLP's legal council and SEC attorney is being sued. Johnathan Lienward being mentioned in this scheme. They probably pump and dumped LCLP to cover their legal costs in their other scams.

Praveen Kumar is now CEO of LCCN, fyi. If anyone is wondering where that POS ran off to with your money.
I believe the smoking gun for criminal or civil liability is the "possibility" that Cognitive Apps division never even filed the 510K with FDA. That is the only claim these dicks have made that would have a record with a federal agency. But a FOIA request would take up to 2 years. If anyone is interested. That is my hunch. I think they lied about filing, just like everything else.
1000 to 1 odds we hear from the SEC or law enforcement before we hear from management.
I can't even sell my 10,000,000 shares for a loss. Meanwhile, these same clowns are running other tickers into the ground. Ehave, TPIA, Rushnet, Helios, etc... all fake PRs, fake deals, fake products, real pieces of s@#%. Same scams over and over again. I don't understand how these pricks haven't been arrested.
Because pulling the rug out from under us, in the way they reversed the Belfrics deal, I was able to conclude the only reason they would not want to continue is because truly audited financials would have revealed the years of blatant fraud in these companies. They knew this would piss off investors and did it anyway. They knew a slew of criminal complaints would roll their way, one way or another, and reversing the fake merger would only provide them more time to muddy the waters. SEC, FDA, FBI, and the FTC have all been informed. By all signs, these criminals are totally safe, because these authorities are equally peices of human trash that won't actually do their jobs.
Call out the FBI and SEC and others for being pieces of crap. They are the ones that allow this shit to go on. The amount of money they stole from me is multiple felonies, try to do that to my face and see what happens. Cowards.
Remember how the Belfrics "merger" took two years to complete, and then took two days to remove from the Life Clips website the second they would have to provide audited financials. How much did Praveen pay the convertible note holders in Bel coin? And how many shares did Praveen get and dump into the otc? Who were the convertible note holders? (Ben Kaplan? And the others that were mentioned by Huey Long former Life Clips CEO, as being convertible note holders.) Perhaps?.. How much did they sell those coins for into Befrics exchange? The same exchange that was thought to be wash trading by some. Big circle jerk of jerks that need to go to prison. The most cowardice criminals, hiding behind complicated corporate structures, and a regulatory system that is even worse and doesn't care.
Belfrics doesn't get to use the American OTC as an ATM and wreck our financials and run off into the sunset. Shareholders are not happy about any of it.

Wen indictments?
Wen indictments?
Wen indictments?
Nothing has happened, yet. Unfortunately.
What is the status on the FDA 510K for Cogapps product? That would be the only possible future revenue of this company. Oh, wait..... We distribute single use batteries and have an entire line of "action cameras" and intellectual property to sell, too. Wait. No we don't, none of that ever actually happened. That was all just a fairy tale. A simple FOIA request to the FDA will probably confirm that we actually never filed that 510K or the application was immediately rejected, and they never bothered disclosing that material event to shareholders. If anyone wants to go after these pricks, civilly, that would be the way to go. IMO. Words cannot describe how despicable these people are. I hope you all are nervous, everyday, that your piles of dirty money will evaporate. Even these ethic-less, moral-less jerks understand carma... and they have years of experience screwing shareholders over that will come back on them.
Have you seen the LCLP SEC filing, mentioning, at the time, that convertible note holders from Florida were putting significant pressure and control on the company. Search "Life Clips Resignation letter CEO". One of the note holders was Ben Kaplan. They find or form these type of companies to pump and gut them. They use mergers with Canadian companies that don't list controlling interests and give themselves endless shares to dump. And then they reverse the deals and go silent. The MMs that do this shit are even worse, they know what they are doing. These people have brought bad carma on themselves. They can't trust literally anyone anymore, because they know eyes are on them. If I was the Department of Homeland Security, or the Secretary of State, I would be pretty pissed that foreign corporations are being used to steal wealth from middle class Americans, in such a way as these scam companies. Any good American leader understands that this behavior is an issue of national security. No BS. This is too common.
They so heavily compensated the CEO that they are "unable to quantify" the total amount of discrepancy!!! Really? Now we go delinquent, and they dissolve and move that compensation to the next scam. Not even a fine from the SEC. No investigation? Nothing. Same thing with LCLP, MPIA, EHVVF, etc... a list of companies are exploiting this way. LCLP financials were too difficult and so Belfrics group ran for the hills in the same way. Never having to provide actual financials. They hide controlling interests in Ontario corporations that didn't require registry of individuals with controlling interests, until January 2023, when Ontario changed that rule.
Wen indictments?
Plan A has probably always been to run to Mexico. I'm not sure a single business objective from this company has been legitimate. Look at TPIA, and EHAVE inc. They suddenly had major deals fall thru, all within the same week and have similar business structure, one being a Canadian company like Cognitive Apps, all having the same people involved. With management being silent, I think criminal complaints are the only option.
Don't count on anyone else to act on your behalf. But, most law firms that specialize in corporate class action can be found online and have tip lines. They are always looking for new cases and lead plaintiffs, but this is a small fish for them. Reporting to law enforcement is more likely to produce an outcome. Or, the SEC has whistleblower money, gives out tens of millions of $$$ every year.
