I believe the smoking gun for criminal or civil liability is the "possibility" that Cognitive Apps division never even filed the 510K with FDA. That is the only claim these dicks have made that would have a record with a federal agency. But a FOIA request would take up to 2 years. If anyone is interested. That is my hunch. I think they lied about filing, just like everything else.
