Plan A has probably always been to run to Mexico. I'm not sure a single business objective from this company has been legitimate. Look at TPIA, and EHAVE inc. They suddenly had major deals fall thru, all within the same week and have similar business structure, one being a Canadian company like Cognitive Apps, all having the same people involved. With management being silent, I think criminal complaints are the only option.
