Added today. Should be at or a little over 570K shares by tomorrow after more cash clears.
Dollar cost average
AMD was at $3 when I bought. Oil was negative when I did the same.
There are some who see value when others are blinded by risk.
Buying next week that's what it means to me!
DCVax took less to develop than the average drug. You are wrong but keep trying.
I am buying more next week. Takes so long for cash to clear on OTC.
We don't need luck. Hang in there longs!
In fact CAR-T immunotherapies which killed patients, had inferior data and inefficient manufacturing, were approved by the FDA.
We approach cure level rates of efficacy without any toxicity.
The notion that regulators would deny DCVax should be considered as likely as being struck by lightning while drinking a case of Old Crow with Elvis Presley.
What other cancer vaccine has PIII data with pending approval? None besides DCVax.
That's 171 days of work by management to improve manufacturing, seek redress in court, broaden IP protection, and of course engage in a rigorous approval process with MHRA regulators.
From the ASM it's really amazing how much our small little company achieved. I can't imagine the growth we will see with greater resources directed at mass adoption of DCVax technology.
Actually I can it's called Amazon of Oncology!
Billion dollar technology with enough market penetration leads to trillions in market capitalization!
We only have to wait on the regulators to cross the ts and dot the lower case js!
Chemotherapy and radiation will be greatly reduced if not eliminated due to DCVax and similar Dendritic-cell-based immunotherapies which Northwest Biotherapeutics will exclusively license.
$100B company very soon!
Marnix Bosch has a commanding presence!
Several years of evidence show NWBO has been manipulated which has a detrimental lasting impact. The fact that our market cap remains relatively high reveals the steadfast support shareholders have for this company evident in another supermajority voting for the 2020 Management Compensation Plan. We're not going anywhere but the manipulators may end up in Angola working on a chain gang. Good luck to those folks! Enjoy the Rodeo! 😭
Bought AMD before Zen launch. Bought NWBO before DCVax approval. It's better to be early than late to a party!
In Linda We Trust!
Wrong, Linda described the 150 day process and said specifically they're following biotechnology standard practice so NOT giving play by play updates of where we're at in the approval process.
The data's practice-changing so let management execute rather than weakening their hand by enabling some to believe NWBO shareholders will capitulate on a low-ball deal which we know doesn't match the intrinsic value present within these clinical trials!
Linda Powers does not FAFO!
"The FDA’s complete response letter is related to problems found during an inspection of a contractor’s manufacturing facility, rather than any issues with the efficacy or safety data, the two firms said. The identity of the contractor, as well as the nature of the production shortfalls, was not revealed."

Espousing malarkey doesn't invalidate the majority of shareholders who voted TWICE for the 2020 Management Compensation Package.
We are doing so again then this spurious lawsuit will be thrown off the docket into the dustbin.
How many millions did management spend in billable hours to defend shareholders against this lawsuit?
Blood-sucking shysters go take a hike!
Nobody works for free. We voted twice to approve this compensation. We will vote a third time and the lawsuit will be dismissed.
Natural Monopoly seems more accurate description than franchise as we are locking down all relevant competing or complementary technology as I predicted, for several years now, management would do to ensure they own the platform for all solid tumors.
Private companies cannot leverage public grants for research nor can nonprofit research institutions go into commercialization of cancer treatments.
So I expect we will see more of these deals going forward as they're standard practice.
Northwest are behaving like the next Big Pharma, the Amazon of Oncology, or the Tesla of T cells.
Very exciting times!
🚀
Next Big Pharma = NWBO!
Every market maker uses HFT technologies to execute their trades. They're not sending orders via telegraph wire.
I have been correct but early which is the ideal position for an investor in the biotechnology sector.
The judge said nothing about dilution being an issue for proving loss causation. He said we needed to provide our forumula then we would survive the motion to dismiss.
We did.
We will.
End of story.
Every prop trader or market maker works in high frequency as latency on the wire means lost arbitrage. There's no reward for being last. You really are grasping at straws, daily.
MTD has already been passed on all elements except loss causation which the judge said would be met if forumula was provided which it was in the amended complaint.
SDNY takes its role as the most important regulator of Wall Street seriously. We will soon see that reputation upheld.
Overweight NWBO as well.
My first big trades were long China (2015), AMD (2017), oil (2020), then NWBO (2020).
I will not own another investment given with tumor agnostic approval dividends will pay handsomely.
DCVax treats an orphan indication. No PDUFA fee.
NWBO shareholders are not in a world of hurt as they own the platform for all solid tumors! It's really interesting how you argue the approval process will take longer than expected then claim anyone who thinks that isn't the case will somehow lose conviction in the company which has JAMA, NATURE, Landmark PIII data, revolutionary manufacturing, and 60%+ survival for orphan cancer patients.
I am an eternal optimist because I see the monumental effort achieved by this management team which will save millions of lives. Why should I be pessimistic, pragmatic, or anything but elated when I own shares in a company that has achieved an elusive goal sought by thousands of scientists and business leaders over many decades?
Zero reason why this cost-effective nontoxic life-saving DCVax will not be approved. The company has resources to see us through the approval process. I believe we will have significant news before ASM. I do not think SIO would take an equity position now if approval would take until Fall.
However if approval takes until Fall I will not be in a world of hurt but well rested and tanned after enjoying a summer of relaxation.
After all management are doing the real work while I sit here on my couch arguing with anonymous posters on social media!
In the next few years many cancer patients will have the same outcome, able to rest beside the pool and argue how many more billions will be added to this company's market cap by the next quarter, thanks to the innovative Fordist manufacturing process known as Flaskworks which will bring autologous immunotherapies to the global masses.
This is something that every CAR-T company as well as even Gilead has failed to achieve. No manufacturing at scale exists for immunotherapies! So why would I ever be in a world of hurt owning shares in Northwest Biotherapeutics? Gilead are in a universe of pain because they don't own Northwest Biotherapeutics!
Folks, take the long-term perspective as we wait for MHRA approval!
Never selling my NWBO shares!
Do MHRA help desk people have anything to do with reviewing the MAA?
Absolutely not while front-line call center staff can certainly make errors in their statements.
Drug approvals are not public. It doesn't matter what MHRA performance data indicates or some random email. MHRA approval can happen anytime. Like MAA submission, JAMA, and NATURE it will simply happen.
The company are not sitting on their butts waiting for regulators to approve nontoxic treatment for orphan cancer indication.
I expect news before ASM.
Focusing on the day to day price changes or tracking how many days closer we are simply doesn't do anything except raise one's blood pressure.
Relax.
Why do you own Northwest Biotherapeutics if you think management should work for free? It's standard practice for management in biotechnology companies to be paid in shares. Novocure are an obvious comparative example. Yet unlike Novocure both Les Goldman and Linda Powers have their shares locked up so they're not dumping on common shareholders. Any rational analysis would conclude we are fighting on the same team for an inevitable outcome. Global approval of DCVax for all glioblastoma patients will happen quite soon. Let's focus on that rather than the capricious opinions of an activist judge who has never worked a real job in his life.
Northwest Biotherapeutics are welcome to relocate to Texas which isn't populated with CEO-hating judges who think work should be performed gratis.

I will be voting YES on all items at the June 29 2024 ASM!
Why would Dr Mike throw down 3.2M, large % of AUM, on company like NWBO unless asymmetric returns?
I wish I was in his position. We can be upset that shares are being sold at such depressed prices but we will have our reckoning before SDNY.
These shares allow our company to continue operations while they also signify broader market acknowledgement of DCVax.
I am simply elated we have a hedge fund with medical doctor as portfolio manager buying into our company. No doubt the first of many great deals in the next coming weeks and months!
Merck could have ordered the data be taken down. They're a collaborator of the DCVax, PolyICLC, Keytruda study https://classic.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04201873. They may not want anything said publicly until they felt appropriate. This seems more plausible than Novocure threatening a nonprofit they help fund as they have no legal basis to make such demands. Yet this trial includes Merck's intellectual property so they have some influence over what's said and when about the results.
Harassing NICE isn't due diligence. Drug approvals are not public whereas NICE will time their appraisal to coincide with MHRA approval as is their goal. They cannot complete the appraisal until MHRA approves DCVax which will happen likely before June 29 2024.
Trillion-dollar technology!
Dendream, crackhead who took a bad batch!
Equity and fairness? You sound like Noam Chomsky. Sorry, I bought this company for generational wealth not worker solidarity.
Management are bringing a cure for cancer to the market.
If you think they should do that for free then move to Cuba.
Many park benches to enjoy your siesta.
If you believe management are engaged in fraud then file your lawsuit.
That's the implications of you saying they withheld material information.
It's very interesting that when disruptive technology comes to market many seek to attack those who enabled such life-saving change!
Notion that single minority ambulance-chasing "shareholder" can invalidate will of majority seems like tyranny. 2019 NWBO had few hundred shareholders. Today around 50K. Does judge honestly think they're too stupid to make decisions as shareholders? How is this capitalism, and not a command economy, when a judge by fiat can overrule a vote the supermajority made twice already?
After much reflection I will be voting YES to all items yet again. These options are for work already completed. No management team works for free. We are not communists.
I am also leaning towards voting against the options. While management made a compelling case in 14A for their many accomplishments, we need to see substantial progress this year on partnership deal to launch new trials. I want to see BP take non dilutive position in the company and provide us resources to help get this product to as many cancer patients as possible.
It's true that with Les and Linda working so hard things take longer while we wouldn't be where we are today without their leadership. Yet it simply undeniable that we need more resources to get this product on the market. I feel we could end up seeing news before the ASM which may change my mind though it's hard for me to vote yes on this matter, yet again, when our share price sits near all time lows.
Put the C shares to good use! We know the majority remain unsold.
LFG LP & LG!
Unleash the platform for all solid tumors!
