Every market maker uses HFT technologies to execute their trades. They're not sending orders via telegraph wire.

I have been correct but early which is the ideal position for an investor in the biotechnology sector.

The judge said nothing about dilution being an issue for proving loss causation. He said we needed to provide our forumula then we would survive the motion to dismiss.
