you should add in my opinion to your bland postings
No need. According to I-Hub terms of service every post made on this site is to be considered an opinion, so it would be redundant to put it in a post.
Nice info marketreturn!
Yeah, too bad it's all from over 3 years ago. Doesn't seem like that news amounted to much.
LOL. Back to .0001/2, who would have ever guessed? Oh, never mind.
2014 & 2015 all shares noted and sold at .0001.
Really? From page 24 of the current financial statement:
During the period ending June 30, 2014, the company issued 30,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $ .00001 for cash compensation of $ 300;
not sure where your #s come from Brad
The last financial statement they filed. Have you looked at it?
There are NO discounted shares under a REG A issuance...
Makes little difference, at least for now. There are plenty of discounted shares already issued and waiting to be dumped.
I'm guessing it has to do with the convertible note holders converting and selling before some of the shares clear.
Seriously, you think $600 in short interest is a big deal?
Many pick sheet companies have toxic financers supplied with massive shares at .000039.
Yeah, they've only issued them as low as .000051 here. Big difference.
I'll be using my land line to call around today, free of micro-waves!
LOL. Will you be listening to some of those 8 track cassettes too while cooking your turkey over an open fire that you started by rubbing sticks together?
Can't imagine why this stock is at no bid. What a bold new idea this is, can't imagine why it's not catching on.
Looks like it would be pretty easy to make some money off of him.
DTCC is a govt agency
Actually, it's not.
LOL. I wondered how long it would be until the grandiose tweets started flying. I guess I know now.
Or he could have been in on the scam from day one.
There's no doubt, in my mind at least, that some of the money Fred made from leasing out those worthless claims found it's way back to Lumb.
why dont you notify the SEC then?
They normally don't care if a stock is shitty.
hell why dont you work for them?
I already have a job, with the DOJ.
Sitting on the sidelines hindsight is 20/20 for your guys huh?
Nah, they're easy to call ahead of time.
In time you reap what you sow.
That must explain how you end up being involved with so many shitty stocks.
Hold onto those shares.
LOL! Yeah, we all know how that works out.
I can't tell you what a surprise it was to me that this didn't happen. lol And another one bites the dust. Shocker.
I got a feeling there's more to this tweet than meets the eye
Yeah, me too. All for Frank's benefit of course. But who the hell really knows since this is conveniently happening in China, where none of us can drop in and check on the operations.
If you look at the last 4 weeks there is a great pressure in holding it down. Why?
No one's trying to hold it down, most otc traders just have a short attention span, so they don't hold it long. If it doesn't run a day or two after they buy it, they sell and move on. No big conspiracy here, it's the same thing that happens with almost every otc stock.
So $4 Dollars in trade has brought this stock DOWN!!!
And sometimes a $4 trade or less takes the stock up. What's your point?
Would those kinds of activities require paying monthly margin and maintenance fees?
Depends how it was done, I guess. What billions of naked shorted shares would do would be to land the stock on the Reg SHO list for FTD's. Anyone who thinks brokers who bought billions of shares for they're clients and never received them are okay with that, is batshit crazy. No way in hell do those brokers wanna be on the hook for those shares. So they're gonna report them as FTD's, just like they did the 15 stocks currently on the list.
They never need to cover anything
That makes less than no sense. First, they have to cover in order to make money, just like longs have to sell to make money. Second, why would you wanna sit on a short position forever while constantly having to pay monthly margin and maintenance fees? Sooner or later the fees would eat up any profit you may have had.
How in the hell was that stock not suspended? The BOD's stated the company received a Wells Notice.
the SEC should Suspend this Company and do a full investigation into what took place
If they received a Wells Notice that means the SEC has already investigated the company and plan on taking civil action. Why the SEC hasn't suspended this company is indeed a mystery.
Props to Malc for nailing this one early on.
I could win the powerball and I still wouldn't be okay with losing money.
Never in a million years will I understand this mindset.
If it is him. I will have no problem putting him in jail.
Are you an AUSA? And what will the charges be?
LOL. So much for filing an 8K within 4 days of when the material event occurred. Can't believe the SEC hasn't shut down this shit show yet.
LOL. Honestly, I can't wait until lizard people start showing up in the conspiracy theories. The SEC isn't going after those nasty naked shorters from Mars because Mary Jo is actually an alien lizard person from a planet that is friendly with the Martians.
Exactly.
And on that note, I'm logging off.......
Yeah, everything is back to normal.
Someone slap Shelly's hand.
And now almost everything I click takes me to the Paris article.
LOL. Are you playing with graphic headers again? You just turned the whole website blue.
OTC Markets Group is not a securities exchange or broker-dealer.
Well, thanks for that. I was totally unaware. smh
In fact, some of the biggest criminals in history were alleged law enforcement agents.
I think factual history would disagree with you.
Did I say it wasn't? The only way the ticker disappears is by delisting, since there is no stock registered with the SEC to revoke. Those with basic reading comprehension skills would have realized I was giving the poster I responded to the only possible scenario in which the ticker would disappear and no longer trade.
