We Gnomes of OTC exchanges stand for disbelief. We are basically cynical about the ability of men to manage their affairs rationally for very long. Particularly CEO's of pinksheets/OTC:BB. The CEO's of the OTC's promise things to the people for which they cannot deliver or pay for with their own money. So we Gnomes stand for reality, or discipline, if you will. Without us, the printing presses of every pinksheet/OTC:BB would simply print currency, there would be wild swings in prices and then utter collaspe.
We are also called bashers.
I first noticed this stock when they were planning a 3 million dollar stock buyback from available cash. Its hard to buy $3 million in stock back when you only have 4,000$ on the balance sheet. I looked at this stock for 5 seconds and knew they were full of it. This was a very nice illquid company that ended up getting in way over their heads.
A shell holding negative equity all of sudden gets an unsolicited bid of 1.75$ and then 2.50$ per share. I didn't even have to read the article to see if it was BS or not. I'm sure they had 10000000000000000 dollars in gold. But the gold underground is an intangible asset, and they also didn't have anything that was worth real significant value anyways. So discussing the intangible gold asset doesn't matter.
Another scam bites the dust.
What, you never see a company come out with this;
We are pleased to announce our goals for 2011,
this will consist of heavy promotion by press releases, followed by heavy dilution because our board members stock has just been lifted off of restriction this year.
We ask the shareholders to buy more stock to support the share price because when we do sell our shares, we don't want the share price to decline significantly but just at a moderate pace so we can buy back those shares at a later date.
We added 24 more board members this year which the 24 have experience in the art of sales, management, and CEOness.
We forecast huge sales figures somewhere in the 0's for the year of 2011.
The profit margin somewhere in the area of 98%.
which will give the company a net profit of -23 million.

Where do I sign up?
Thanks for the read, here's another.
Dividend yields will have to increase for public companies so they can attract attention for the buyers which will increase the demand for there stock. Buy backs work too.
China's alliance with N.Korea and our alliance with S.Korea will be debated soon enough since what happened between those two countries today. Will South Korea remain nil?
Will we remain neutral, and will china remain neutral during this war?
If only Teddy gave Korea to Japan, we would have never fought Japan and therefore Pearl Harbour would have never happened. But, our relations with russia would have decreased and the tentions with china would have increased.
My point is that the decisions made today will effect us tomorrow. The decision which a men whom I didnt' vote for will make that decision, scares the living crap out of me.
One would think that we must deflate our dollar more to create inflation and to pay back china. One would also think that when the dollar deflates there are more dollars chasing the same goods like commodities or equities. There is little to no inflation as of now. Which brings me to the theory that the dollar has bottomed as of now, but things can change because of N.Korea and S.Korea. Will China remain neutral and will we remain neutral?
All it takes is one president to say to another, **** you, I'm not paying you back and then our dollar skyrockets while we print (50 trillion to level out and go back to the equilibrium) money to support our efforts for WW3.
Unemployment back to 1%
GDP growth of 20%
and more money to support our investment in the new republic of china after we win.
Military Synergy
My opinion.
sounds like a good example of the greater fool theory.
What's so funny?
When the bonds sell off and there value decreases the yield increases. This won't be a little sell off, we are talking about waking up in the morning and seeing bond prices fall 25% in value and there yields skyrocketing. With this the FED will have to raise interest rates which will drive up the dollar and lower other asset classes because the dollar will suddenly have more buying power.
I don't know when this will happen.
Remember the dollar is the safest investment in the world and precious metals are used to hedge.
Just because the dollar is down a little from massive dilution from one of the largest financial crisis in history, doesn't mean it's out.
When the dollar does rise, other assets classes will fall. That is the way it works, when the dollar rises it takes a less amount to buy goods. If the dollar falls, it takes more to buy goods.
Who knows if we are going to deflation (The FED already said they won't allow that to happen), Who knows what will happen in the future of inflation. We could have a hyper inflation, a reflation, or just a moderately paced inflation.
The problem is that there is so much money or fiat paper floating around that some asset classes will get hyper inflated, there is no doubt about that. Bubbles will form, and they will burst. It could be bonds, precious metals, equities, commodities. But, after this burst, I do believe and in my opinion that the dollar will be stronger then ever.
Finding those asset classes will make you money.
"If money comes pouring out of the bond market, where's it going".
Where do you think. In the dollar.
When that will happen, no one knows. But when it does, I will know. Because I will be watching the bond yields.
M'Kay like no, or M'Kay like yes I'm on top of it Scov.
Just the U.S. not all the countries.
Post all the bond etf's so everyone can see. Then post the Index etf's.
Then we can all collaborate with our opinions because this is a free country for free market traders.
Free to trade where ever we please because most of us here are capitalist and capitalist we'll be.
Watch what the bond yields, if you watch all of them then you will know.
I'm sure china has knocked off our technology to convert undrinkable water to drinkable water, they call it Fluid.
What you doin? Quoting the Money Game.
Computers and Computeers.
Hello Golden Lounge:
Words from the wise my internet friends.
China "will" have a real estate bubble, when a billion of there middle class all of sudden get approved for mortgages.
They are already building office buildings for each china man to occupy a 15X15 cubicle.
Why do you think the metals (raw goods that produce steel) are going up so much.
The FED will be buying our bonds when the chinese start to dump them to recaptilize there government so they can keep the GDP growth at a moderate pace.
People keep telling me they saw this commerical of this chinese professor saying that "We own the US because we own there debt", the stadium packed with chinese students laugh, "Har,Har,Har,Har,Har" then one student says, "what if they don't pay us back", the stadium becomes silent, then someone else says "What if they pay us back in deflated dollars".
Remember that.
ha. Funny guy aren't you.
Doggone. New scams are up and running month after month. It got old to go into a room filled full of promoters to try to express my point from due diligence.
I still play golf once a week, not with the beebster. (HAHAHAHHAHHA) that was from LaRive. LOL.
I still trade in equity contracts while using the CAN SLIM approach.
PM your email if you want to keep in touch my basher friend.
Fun times.
Now I'm occupied.
No, why do you want shares. I think the sponges are worth more then the actual shares.
Good luck.
The only thing I like about this company is there logo. Pretty Sweet.
I bought it because of the slight possiblity of it being a take over target of a private equity firm or competition trying to expand in other area's.
I Don't care how many sales contracts they get because if they can't collect payments from them it won't matter and will make there balance sheet look like crap. Cash is key, because I can sell there A/R for a discount to a collection agency, usually a big discount but still is liquid.
Strong balance sheet and it is undervalued, or at least it was when I was buying it.
You see that picture of the gold site they bought.
I can purchase a lease for a bigger property then that. I think I'll take a picture of my back yard and claim it's a gold site.
The shell will be called SHAM.
Wow, you actually found a good one.
I've been following this stock for over a year now.
This is the first time we see eye to eye.
The board of directors are old and would like more liquidity in the stock so they can retire.
I own it at .80. Pump away Rawnoc.
OMG, this is still around. I never laughed so hard.
There is no value, just debt being converted into shares which are sold to highest bidder.
I enjoy reading about the pinksheet theories of Naked shorting.
Facts are the unregistered shares hitting the market, or it's preferred shares being converted to common hitting the market which both create a diluting effect.
Call the transfer agent to see what the total share count is with the common and preferred authorized/outstanding.
I'm occupied these days.
I'm lazy so I'm putting money on my friends picks.
Alot of good games this week.
I just noticed that, I meant the exchanges. They have demand for something so they will supply it, it doesn't matter how far out there it is.
We shall see if accumulation starts and if it does then a base will form.
CRUS has alot of accumulation. Still above the 15ish bottom pattern.
What a racket for the SEC. If it weren't for stupid people, we'd all be broke.
If they are looking for attention on the internet then it must be a lonely life.
Or they are paid promoters being creative.
Market Makers Report Gaming In Subdollar Stocks To SECLast update: 9/24/2010 12:49:55 PM
By Jacob Bunge and Kristina Peterson
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
Market makers and brokers are pushing regulators to address anomalous trading patterns in stocks that fall below $1 per share, targeting a strategy that is estimated to cost such firms thousands of dollars per day. Some stock traders are exploiting a five-year-old wrinkle in U.S. securities law to drive trading in low-priced shares like Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) and trucking company YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) to dizzying levels when their prices fall below the $1 threshold. "This is a real, live problem in our current market structure today," said Christopher Nagy, head of order routing for TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (AMTD). The legal loophole, which can drive trading activity in shares of stocks like Sirius far above the level seen when the stock is above $1, arises from rules that let traders quote prices to one-hundredth of a cent when the stock falls below that level. However, the rebates paid by exchanges to market participants who contribute liquidity do not scale in the same way, letting traders in cheap stocks reap relatively big profits on tiny movements in share prices, with little risk. For traders using retail brokerage accounts that pass along these exchange rebates to customers and charge a flat monthly fee no matter how many shares are traded, it's essentially a risk-free way to make money, according to Jamil Nazarali, head of electronic trading for Knight Capital Group Inc. (KCG). Nazarali, whose company has investigated the practice, said there's evidence that individuals using the strategy may be trading with themselves through multiple accounts maintained at separate online stock brokerages-- an illegal practice tracked by federal security agencies to prevent money laundering. "This is bad for the market, because these are not legitimate trades," he said. "It's also bad because it diverts a lot of time and resources from [stock order] wholesalers to deal with this problem. And some legitimate traders get caught up in all the measures we put in place to deal with this." Nazarali said that Knight met with regulators Thursday on the issue, alongside officials from major market makers Citadel, UBS AG (UBS), Citigroup Inc. (C) and brokerage firm E*Trade Financial Corp. (ETFC). "They seemed empathetic," Nazarali said. The issue first arose five years ago with the implementation of Regulation NMS, which allows market participants to quote stocks out to four decimal places in stocks that fall below $1 in price, allowing investors finer increments in which to trade very low-priced issues. For example, a trader could put in an order to buy shares of Sirius at 99.01 cents, and sell at 99.02 cents. But under Reg NMS, the maximum fee that exchanges can charge for trades in sub-dollar stocks only declined on a pro-rata basis, which lets market operators charge many times the price spread on stocks below $1. That also lets exchanges offer rebates that are nearly as big. In the early days of the rule, brokers saw the issue arise in shares of Futuremedia Plc, a maker of interactive training programs. After outcry from brokers, stock platforms got rid of the pricing and the issue was resolved for the time being. It resurfaced in January when New Jersey-based exchange operator Direct Edge rearranged its trading fees and began offering the outsized rebates for securities trading below $1. "We discovered this accidentally," said William O'Brien, Direct Edge chief executive. After trading volume gravitated toward Direct Edge's markets, rival exchanges run by NYSE Euronext (NYX) and Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. (NDAQ) moved to offer similar rebate schemes, but ended the practice after outcry from brokers and firms that handle order routing. "I think it's unfortunate that this cropped up again," said O'Brien. "But for this anomaly, this volume would not exist." The rebate structure currently is in place at CBSX, the stock exchange operated by CBOE Holdings Inc. (CBOE), parent of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. -By Jacob Bunge, Dow Jones Newswires; 312-750-4117; jacob.bunge@dowjones.com (END) Dow Jones NewswiresSeptember 24, 2010 12:49 ET (16:49 GMT)

The SEC is on stay by, waiting for unregistered shares to flood the market.
Yes, did you already know about it?
PM your email if you want, I can't PM here.
Is it you that this company owes money too?
Well, if it is. They owe money to a law firm first before they pay anyone including you. I'm sure you are on a list of hundreds waiting to be paid.
When you purchase a shell or any business you have to acquire there liabilities too.
This shell is loaded with liabilities from the previous owner.
Can Slim is an Approach for finding winning stocks, either in a good market or bad.
This is what I suggest you do. Subscribe to IBD with website access to charts, daily newspaper, and the weekend special with there IBD 100.
The stock market is boring a game right now for me and will probably be this way until early next year, so I'm betting on college football. I do this every year, it's cyclical.
I could trade gold, gold mining stocks, MLP's, gold equipment manufacture companies, but whats the point of trading them when the asset values keep appreciating. (Buy and Hold)
I'll try my hardest to follow your blog.
Good luck to you
Wow, this stock is popular with the masses.
Good to see everyone on this board.
(was VWKM)
Mark built his company on shareholders money and then decided to sell his company outside of his shell while leaving the shareholders with worthless paper.
PM your email.
Steve Carnes is going to prison. How do you not know this.
Astrom is going to prison. Chris not Mark.
You need to read the SEC website sometime bud.
Soon Beebe will go to prison. It takes time.
All the BS beebe put his name on to hype his stock is illegal.
If there was illegal activity in there share structure, good chance, including when Beebe took over those other shells then there will be trouble.
If there was one unregistered share dumped in the market, all of them will go to prison, those who are named under the corp. filings.
Maybe Stevey will give up his other crimes for less time in prison.
Aren't White Collar crimes fun to watch!
