Jordan will deliver, my best guess is after the election. . .
Ohhh
Good question! At first I thought 100% Calasse, but the more I think about it, noglow and his bots might be the target here!
Thanks for responding. Hopefully he will be able to retire and dedicate 100% of his time to horses.
@MrSmith18, Hang Tight as in something is happening soon, or timeframe is still unknown? At one point recently you mentioned August/September. Do you have any reason to believe it could be later than that?
@mrsmith18, If SRNW is ARM holdings for example, did GS intend for FORW to go to SoftBank? And now the FORW plan has changed to a healthcare company? If so, why would ARM holdings allow for a random healthcare company to own so much of its equity for free? I would think they would cancel the FORW warrants before proceeding with a DA with the healthcare company, and if so, why haven’t we seen any evidence of such change?
@MrSmith18, Also, do you think the Audit table update is the last private update by the incoming company the last step before any public announcement, and a non-reversible action?
Thanks Mr Smith, and like a few others on this board, we, like you will continue to take the ‘high road’, and disregard those on this board that spend their time discrediting any good/valuable information. We all know who they are. . .
I’m sure you, like some us were hoping for merger/timeline and mid summer optimism. I have 3 questions after reading your most recent post, and although I don’t expect you to have answers, I’m curious of your thoughts.
Do you think the SRNW August deal is dead?
Why do you think FORW still have warrants?
Who do you think the 2 directors are?
Thanks beforehand for sharing your opinions on these questions.
Mr Smith, You have implied SRNW/FORW deals are locked up and we are on incomings time schedule. What are possible hold ups?
@mrsmith18, if SRNW is ARM Holdings, would the UK listing rules being finalized be what they are waiting for?
@mrsmith18, if SRNW is ARM Holdings, would the UK listing rules being finalized be what they are waiting for?
Keep pulling their strings, and you ok cheer from the sidelines!
“Basher index”…how can we add this term to investopedia?
FINALLY! We agree on something!
GVSI and WNFT are back burnered at best
In addition to the last question regarding the 'hold up', @MrSmith18, you mentioned a few days ago, or maybe a week ago, something about LSE/UK rules changes that I found interesting, 'political/financial incentives' for listing on the LSE. Could that be the hold up? Couldn't they list shares on the OTC now and list on the LSE after the rules changes are inked and still qualify for those possible incentives?
On the shelf until 2025 or 2026...
Nice summary of what cannot be overlooked if the NVSC does their job!
@MrSmith18. I'm curious if your opinion of GS's recent banner change on X is his relationship with 'Israeli businessmen' or wanting to distance himself from the 'low life's associated in the OTC?
@MrSmith18. I'm intrigued by the association of 'israeli businessmen'. Can you expand on where you came across that connection, or information linking them to FORW/SRNW?
Wow! I'm impressed!!!! 37 posts in the last 24 hours!! Do you get paid in Pesos?
I do!
SEC's response will become publicly available after the completion of the securities offering but not earlier than 20 business days following the effective date of the registration statement.
I needed that Mr Smith! Why would a 2X NASDQ CEO be sitting in a hut in Mexico, posting an average of 15 times/day on a 1990's website like this one? Does he believe he has influence on somebody, or is he accepting those GS bash checks in Pesos?
@MrSmith18
Can you share evidence, DD, or explain who the Israeli businessmen are? This is the first I've seen anything about anyone associated with GS from Israel.
You are confusing Smith with iglow
I believe he is referring to the 2 'new' executive officers who were issued 1.1M new shares. Those 2 new officers were mentioned on Aug 14th, but not yet revealed. I believe they have to be revealed in the next annual report.
It's interesting all eyes were on SRNW last Nov/Dec. What do you think the hold up is for SRNW. Do you still think this spring?
Link for govt contract?
@don faton, @lime time, DM me if you are a paid ihub'r and interested in joining a private telegraph group of fellow SRNW-ites. We've had some really good positive dialog
No disrespect, but you should do homework on how and why foreign entities dual list commons on the OTC. It's not just thousands of scammy start ups netting zero to a few Million in revenue.
Mine is similar. I didn't sell a lot but didn't own much before spring '23. 80% of my shares were purchased for .17 and my cost basis is 20¢
Nice one Harry, the bottom feeders will disappear very soon. . .
Agree, I'm way up also
@MrSmith18, Do you believe the unknown international company already on the NASDQ with ADS shares needing to list common shares, would use a shell like SRNW? It seems like other international companies do just that, and this could explain a regulatory hold up?
What's wrong with waiting until the price drops into the trips for a better entry point, and if it is a 5-10c merger in a few months for profit, win we all win (but my entry point will be better than yours) That's my plan, and I think my man Mr Smith has a great plan!
@mrsmith18. Happy Sunday! Tomorrow we get the full first week of the last month of 2023. You mentioned last week, we are ''waiting on a European official" to sign off on whatever entity is in place for SRNW's merger. I realize these international mergers have way more processes before final approval, but were you implying a "European official" would be a governmental person, and not an executive of the company?
Oh? Have you looked at the 1 month chart of GVSI vs SRNW? I'm pretty sure @m4smith18 was spot on! I'll take his medicine all day long Mr stock timer. Is your name really that?
That math is too hard for basement dwellers. They will never see how a few hundred k shares of SRNW would ever be worth more than a few Milly of GVSI.
(part 2) But that sneaky bastard won't share his plays with us fans, so all we can do is wait, cheer him on!
Agree with the FORW angle. The warrants are a long term hedge if the merging entities are well run revenue generators (which I believe they are or will be). GVSI will likely be the smallest, maybe even another start up like TSNP, but we (most of us here, and SRNW board) are out numbered. Here is an analogy. We are the small group of fans at an away game cheering on our team, who upsets the home team. They (the fans) are angry (at us), Even though we are on the right side with the good guys (GS is the QB on our team).
