preferred shares.

these shares. As a result, a physical stock certificate will be issued to
you directly for the preferred shares. Please note that the normal
processing time to receive a stock certificate is 4-6 weeks.

At present, I show that the preferred shares are not trading on the
open market and therefore, there is no symbol associated with this

I have it at work. I will get it to you on monday. I called them again a few days ago and they said they didnt know when they will be sending them out.

I did but didnt get the divy on those shares. :(

Received this from TDA yesterday.

I don't think they will be trading in 10,000 block. They just don't have enough characters in their field to show the acctual amount of shares. JMHO.

I wonder if anyone's converted their preffereds? If so... wouldnt that increase the outstanding common shares?

Did anyone sell on the 15th and still get divy shares? Just curious.

Has anyone got their jphc/paiv restricted shares?
