Good to see the filing was made on time. Let's hope whatever caused this delay has been resolved.
Maybe someone can explain to me how a microcap company with less than 40 million shares outstanding can have a bad share structure. 40 million is awesome. 400 million seems more common.
The IVDN of the past is no more. The company is growing as additional distributors indicate. 2024 is going to be an excellent year relative to past years, and 2025 should show significant growth.
Good to get that filing done and keep the record clean. Things are heating up in the country. The 60's are returning. These things run in cycles. There will be a large need for crowd control and dispersal techniques. This may be theme investing, but I sense it is coming. Hard to pass this up at this price.
Looking forward to a successful 2024. Great products, and quality spokespeople. Sounds like the ingredients for a winner.
Looking forward to seeing all this news in numbers on a SEC filing. It's going to happen and sooner rather than later. It's time for IVDN to shine and attract real attention.
This is news we have been waiting for. Congratulations to the IVDN team for acquiring these new accounts. The future is looking brighter!
You hit it exactly, ProfitScout. Another microcap company files for an extension. Must happen two thousand times every quarter. It's no big deal. It will all be corrected in a week or two, just like it almost always is.
Every young company selling a patented product needs a technical specialist. Dr. Garlotta's experience should suit the company well.
It is very good to see that the IVDN CEO stays on top of the most important and trending issues in the building sector including the current emphasis on decarbonization solutions. This latest posting hits the nail on the head in saying that better insulation means less total carbon output. Installing Insultex, with its superior performance, will provide the dual benefit of lowering heating and cooling bills and this also translates directly into reduced demand from energy sources so they burn less fuel and therefore put out less carbon emissions. Climate change solutions will be a big consideration in building practices for the foreseeable future and IVDN has a solution that works.
That was, indeed a good research article that was re-tweeted by the IVDN CEO this week. With millions of homes in the US clearly "under insulated" this is a big opportunity for IVDN to sell a lot more Insutex which can significantly upgrade energy efficiency for both heating in winter and cooling in summer. When you are doing a remodel you want the best products you can get and that's Insultx, by a wide margin. Lindus Construction which does so much home remodeling work every year knows this well and that's why they only use Insultex from IVDN to give their customers the best results.
Hoping to see a significant increase in Year over year revenues in 2024. Long IVDN.
Looking forward to a great report next quarter.
Sounds like great news for LIGA and hopefully for IVDN also. Looking forward to many great returns on sales.
I looked up the new requirements for continuous insulation. The rules were changed to avoid wood-framed houses that only have insulation between the studs on the inside of the house. Insulation on the outside of the house is considerably more efficient as the studs conduct cold. Having R6 on the outside of a wall means that the low R value contributed by the studs is mitigated by the R6 on the external side of each wall. It's a much better way of building houses. And among the choices, a physically continuous wrap like Insultex is the easiest and least cost means of adding insulation to the outside of a house. Builders need to add a wrap anyway. They might as well add one that adds R value. That's where Insultex comes in.
The doctor has put his name out there in recommending Avenir's product. I'm guessing he isn't selling his reputation out for whatever he might receive in compensation, so he must truly believe the product works for those who use it. One can never know when a major company has the ability to throw around huge dollars to chase doctors. The fact that Avenir is not in that position makes me believe the doctor's backing even more. Good for the doctor and good for Avenir and its shareholders.
Why do I get a growing sense that in the next few years, this country is going to need non-lethal crowd control like it hasn't needed since the late 1960's? Not that anyone should back up the truck and risk all their capital on any one stock, but the risk/reward here has to be among the more favorable options. Definitely worth investigating for some risk capital.
There has been a lot of positive talk about this company and its product. I continue to believe that it offers an outstanding risk/reward opportunity. There may be some missteps along the way, but these things happen to small companies. The next few quarters will tell the tale. There is enough going on that the rest of this year will determine if this is real or not. My money says it is well worth the bet. Color me bullish.
Excellent news. Skincare should be a growing concern to those of the Tik ToK target market.
Expectations are rising and rightly so. Expecting 2024 to be a very positive year for IVDN.
Great news for companies that sell insulation in Michigan. Insulation pays dividends for decades.
2024 should be the transition year that sets the stage for the company's future. I expect to see increased sales and a clearer picture for the company going forward. There are no perfect microcap stocks. They all have a blemish or two. The question is whether they can clear them up. Avenir should be the type of company well suited for this task.
A CEO knows what is in the pipeline and how likely it is that any money loaned will be repaid, especially when the underlying source of the money is an unsecured loan. The fact that she made the loan to her company I see as a positive sign. If the company was hopeless and waiting for death, there would be no reason to pump any cash in. She did, and I take that as a sign of faith in her company.
The press releases indicatre things are moving forward. Coupled with a product that clearly offers outstanding volume, I like the risk/reward. This is destined for a significant ride. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when it becomes apparent and how far it goes.
Pitcook estimated maybe a dozen board readers. I am estimating maybe 6 more on a weekly basis. I will bet that easily 2/3rds are investors waiting for earnings reports before they consider buying more, and find this constant bickering between bulls and bears to be little more than amusing nonsense. All that matters are the quarterly statements. The rest is noise until an upward trend in sales becomes clear. When that happens, the press releases of deals and agreements become valuable signs of future increases. I expect that turn will occur this year. Lots of smoke. Let's see where the fire is.
Congratulations to Mr. Lindus. Recognition for a job well done is always welcome news. Great to have Innovative Designs affiliated with a successful entrepreneur.
Well said Pitcook. That pretty well brings us current with the last few years' activities. As I noted previously, IVDN is a positive risk/reward situation. That's not a guarantee of riches or even a return of capital, but if I could stock a portfolio with ten companies in a similar situation, I would remortgage the house to play those odds. I am hoping this picture becomes much clearer in a year, but if it takes 18 or 24 months, I will be disappointed but remain optimistic. The potential is measured in dollars per share. The risk is 20 cents per share. The real world does not always satisfy people's desire for instant gratification. Things take time, especially when money is a constraint. But I have faith that momentum will accelerate as the year goes on. One cannot ask for much more out of a microcap stock. This one is, IMO, not only a keeper, but one to build a nest egg on.
I have followed many microcap stocks over the last 20 years. All have dreams. Some have products. Few have marketing, especially those run by tech-types. I like IVDN. It has a product with a well-defined market. And it is gaining distributors who know how to market products. Insulation is not a consumer product. Sure, they sell insulation at Lowes and Home Depot, but the primary buyers are professionals in the home building and additions business. It's been a long time coming together, and there are no guarantees in life. I am very excited that IVDN has the ingredients to become worth many times its current valuation. I may not like it at $5/share, but at 20 cents, the risk/reward on this stock looks very favorable to me. I am a buyer.
International would be nice, but the US market is more than large enough to keep the company busy for the next decade or two. The domestic potential is huge.
JediJazz - you are right on with the Warren Buffett quote. Lamperd Less Lethal makes a necessary product. I will guess many organizations own less lethal equipment and ammo that hasn't been fired in many years. When the next big event comes where less lethal riot control is needed, be it on the border, in Washington DC, or somewhere else, it will stimulate conversations throughout the country about local preparations. When that happens, the distributor network that Lamperd Less Lethal has been building will pay off.
Sadly, this is a product category that needs a catalyst to spur significant sales. That catalyst will happen, and I would guess the probability of such an event is significantly higher today than it was a year ago. When it does, this is a whole new ball game. Until then, it is a ground and pound game of developing brand awareness and working with those organizations a little more forward thinking about security concerns.
It may seem odd that a stock with potentially enormous future growth appears stuck in a low price range , but there are simple reasons for this. Innovative Designs is listed on a small cap exchange (the OTC QB). Most of these companies do not attract institutional money nor are they followed by professional analysts. Those analysts that exist in the micro-cap world tend to be hired guns who work for the company they are evaluating. They may offer investors a clearer view of how the company makes money and its potential, but they are biased. In short, their reports rarely move the market for more than a few days. I am unaware of any such people working for IVDN.
Many of these micro cap stocks have a small number of shareholders - often just a few hundred or less. These stocks move when they have great news and on the strength of great earnings reports. IVDN should show serious growth quarter over quarter from now on. But until they report, the computers that screen stocks with Improving fundamentals will not identify IVDN. That should change in the coming months. When the hard news of sales and earnings gets reported, the stock price will respond. Until then, there are just so many people who know about the company, and many of them have already made an investment.
Just a personal guess, when the sales news starts to come out in quarterly filings, this stock could rocket. It has low float, proprietary IP, few existing shareholders, and low trading volume. When the time comes that some serious investors want 10 or 25 thousand shares to start, they may push the stock price up significantly to get those shares.
A great quarter will set the table for a super 2024. This company has the ingredients for success. A successful quarter will set the table for additional funding and an exciting next year. Looking forward to hearing and seeing more from Avenir in the new year.
A global patent may not mean much for IVDN in its current market position, but it can be a huge asset should a large multinational want to manufacture, distribute, or purchase the company. It makes it exclusive. A patent alone is just the right to sue to prevent others from copying a product. But in the hands of a company with overwhelming financial capability, it can be enforced in most parts of the world. This patent makes IVDN a significantly more valuable company. Congratulations to the management team. Well done.
Excellent news about LIGA. This should be a great partnership. Also good seeing the Insultex house wrap being applied on a house. Looking good.
When a company's key customers do well, it has to be good news for their suppliers. Congratulations Lindus Construction.
This is a lot more than many other microcap companies can claim. Certainly worth a flyer at these prices.
The government is pushing heat pumps for cooling and heating. More insulation means one needs less heat pump, saving money in operating expenses and initial capital. As energy prices rise, more insulation will always be better than less.
Sales people - An excellent idea. They can help not only find buyers but also distributors. Big move for Lamperd. Looking forward to seeing their results.
Good to see that Avenir is promoting its products with the biggest shopping days of the year coming up. Looks like an attractive sales offer. Long Avemir.
Growing gross margin is always a positive for companies. It indicates an ability to raise prices and an improved product mix. Great news.
