I really don't put much stock in dreams but after that I did have a crazy feeling that something was going to happen this morning and that it would be seismic. I think this pr fits the bill as significant. :)
Please add that I had a crazy dream this morning. For the history books. Nwbo shot up to 2 bucks then settled in the mid 1s for the day 😀
Lots of volume today!
GO NWBO!!

Read the whole thing. And all I can say is WOW!
Posner reduced the defendants arguments to the status of a lazy copy-paste poster, the likes of which we find posing as bears on this message board.
Hoffman is doing a great job telling the truth. I really appreciate his work. (There! I fixed it for ya!)
Great summary. Many great things on the near term horizon for this stock. Looks like 2024 is going to be ours. Cheers
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy
What has been the average approval time for MAA submission to MHRA approval in the last 12 months?
The fake incredulity today is pure horseshit. Good things are still happening. Whiners can EAD
Great thoughts on this thx

Great post!
Attorneys from IEX and the SEC have exposed Citadel and Virtu's fraudulent business models, echoing their statements from October 25, 2021:
— InvestorTurf (@InvestorTurf) September 13, 2023
"Citadel and Virtu do exactly the same thing."
"Latency arbitrage, it's 100% true"
"Retail investors are just a red herring." pic.twitter.com/C1MAxArgZ1

PLEASE Hygro only you can help! bwahahahahaha!!
Both him and Krysten Power are from Edmonton. He alluded to having the inside track on dcvax being presented to Health Canada. Thx for sharing
"A more recent theory put forward by Victor Moberger centers on the bluntly expressed notion of bullshit. Essentially, bullshit is a lack of concern for truth. Pseudoscience and pseudo philosophy are defined by that lack of concern. For example, while the idea that the Earth is flat has long been debunked, many of the people pushing it are unconcerned with facts, logic, or evidence."
I get it now Hoff!
nice catch thx, at work rn
I believe in their initial response they said that they did not deny spoofing but said the plaintiff lacked scienter
YES! The more that guy continues to spout his nonsense the stupider he looks.
I posted the link not realizing he was responding to AF. I prefer to avoid referring to that person as much as possible. Lol
I also didn't know that even if someone blocks you you can still see their tweet if you post the link elsewhere... AF blocked me long ago
Came across this tweet this morning from someone who claims to work at Sawston. Peaked my interest.
it works mate, and has been working here in europe since 2014,staff up to 70 in three months trying to meet demand from global orders, its just amazing how quick it has kicked off here in sawston, and the offical approval has not even been announced, rumour here is rife.NWBO.

Thx for your response! I don't think Citadel will be able to squirm out of this one and their clients might give enough pressure to avoid be named "co-defendants"!
Although a plaintiff may use legal conclusions to provide the structure for the complaint,
spoofing is against the law and we have proof
the pleading’s factual content must independently “permit the court to infer more than the mere possibility of misconduct.” Iqbal, 129 S.Ct. at 1950.
I think NWBO does a good job of showing that defendant knows spoofing harms companies and that doing it for their clients is no defense. Citadel is implying that NWBO is not entitled to compensation even though they see the illegality of their actions
In short, when the well pleaded complaint does not permit the court “to infer more than the mere possibility of misconduct,” the pleader is not entitled to relief. Fowler v. UPMC Shadyside, 578 F.3d 203, 2011 (3d Cir. 2009)(quoting Iqbal, 129 S.Ct. at 1949).
Citadel says their misconduct came about through factors they can't control. "My client made me do it". We'll see how that holds up and what NWBOs response is
Glad you are still posting DD
Thx for your response. Even if he says the same thing he said last year coupled with JAMA it's still big info
Do you know if there will be a live video feed?
Spuds looking out for number 1....any way the wind blows.
Highlights the importance of blockchain as well.
The growing litigation movement coupled with the move to blockchain will ultimately help retail
Sorry to hear this. Good luck out there DD.
Your detractors can go punch rocks! I loved your spirit. Best.
Set up your upstream account! Then pour yourself a scotch and check back in a month to see if it works.
Worked for Overstock.
Yes I'm definitely going to try to make some use of it, it's thousands of dollars!
In my opinion I don't think mm's believe it'll work. So I don't think they're going to do anything until they are absolutely exposed. They won't be absolutely exposed until they count the shares. So anywhere between March and June if there's enough people who claim their nfts then they will have irrefutable proof that there are people who claim to have shares but don't. Then those people will be on the hook. I don't expect anything to happen till then but I do believe that when it happens we will be in for a wild ride
It's pretty simple retail has to work together on it. In order to expose bad actors all retail investors must claim their an NFTs. Counting won't start until issue date which is the 15th. Bad actors will continue until there's absolute proof. Claim your NFT.

Also of note confidence was high with the blockchain strategy
We're too close to be anything but positive!
The bear narrative is in tatters. Smart retail is scoop up by the handful here.
